I kneaded the dough very carefully, I read in a thread about cupcakes that in some other stove the whole bowl was dirty, there was not even a centimeter higher than the soiled strip.

I was embarrassed by the thin (compared to AlJi) bowl and this HP prevents it louder, but the thickness of the metal did not affect the baking, and the cake crust is THINNESS! I will definitely take a cutaway photo and post it here later. Well, it interferes louder - so I thought not to sleep in the same bed with her and decided not to worry about this. Well, I also doubt whether it really interferes with it, or whether its sound is just unusual for me after many years of using an old stove.

A! Here's another thing - I forgot to grease the bowl with oil, here I read that someone was bothering me. But maybe, according to the instructions, yesterday I calcined the HP before use and this had a positive effect - the cake fell out without the slightest catch, the spatula remained inside.

And yet (I will probably never finish))))) - the bowl is more like a brick, and not like the old HP - a square base. Such bread seems more appetizing to me. This is also a plus!

So far - I'm happy. As it is tested, I will unsubscribe.

Today I baked rye bread in a bread maker for the first time.
I read a lot, decided to replace a lot, since I somehow didn't have any special ingredients - kavtsy, malt, etc.
I read about substitutions, pondered and derived a bread recipe from what happened at home.
Black bread is unrealistically capricious and complex, what I still got, I attribute to my rare culinary luck.
Bread maker Binatone BM 1168
1. Take 3 tsp of yeast, add 3 tbsp of warm water, a tablespoon of wheat flour, tea sugar and turn on the "dough". It turned out to be a dough.

2. After the dough is ready (the TESTO program is over), pour into it a little less glass (I had 180 g) of kvass with 1 tbsp of honey diluted there.

3. Sift 2 tablespoons rye flour into a bowl

4. Pour 3 tablespoons of bran into a glass and add wheat flour, sift into a bowl

5. Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, ground coriander, 5 tbsp sunflower oil

6. Switch on the "whole grain bread" mode

7. After the signal, add half a glass of additive (I added a mixture of seeds: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower)

8. When the dough is finished and the program leaves it to come up, smooth the lid of the future loaf with your hands, grease it with milk and sprinkle with seeds.
I really liked the bread. FRAGRANT - I did not stand next to the "purchased" one, I did not even hope for such an effect.

It seems to me that all breads are baked in the same way in any hp. All recipes for HP differ only in that there will be no regime for some (for example, cupcake or black bread), for one HP, you must first load liquid, and then dry, and for another, vice versa.

I've come up with the following formula for myself:

1. Take one glass and pour what you want there - milk, sour cream with water, an egg topped with something from this to a full glass, kefir, all together - the main thing is that it is liquid and no more than 2 eggs per glass.

2. Three of the same glasses of flour are added to this (a third can be substituted for corn, buckwheat, etc.).

3. Further salt - from 0.5 to a teaspoon.

4. Sugar from 1 tbsp to 5 tbsp.

5. Any butter or vegetable oil from 2 to 7 tbsp.

6. Yeast 2 tsp dry.

7. Half a glass or less of anything - poppy seeds, fried onions, muesli, nuts, raisins, herbs - whatever you want.

This is my personal formula for impromptu baking in HP. She works in Ski and in the new HP.
