cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
vanilla sugar sachet
salt 0.5h l.
baking powder 1 tsp
flour 2 glasses
vegetable oil 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Lean Cupcake Recipe:
  • Put the cherries in advance to defrost in a bowl, when it thaws, juice will collect at the bottom of the bowl, it must be carefully and thoroughly poured into a glass.
  • Then, you need to add warm water to the cherry juice so that you get a glass of liquid cherry water.
  • Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
  • Grease a cake tin or small tins with vegetable oil.
  • Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder, sift separately into a bowl.
  • In a deep bowl, combine vegetable oil, honey, vanilla sugar and salt, pour in cherry water, stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add cherries and flour, stir until smooth.
  • Then pour the dough into a mold.
  • Bake for about 50 minutes, check readiness with a wooden toothpick.
  • Cool the finished cake a little in the form, and then completely on the wire rack.
  • Then sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
