Garlic cheese

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 1 kg
Milk 1 l
Butter 150 g
Eggs 4 things.
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 4-5 teeth

Cooking method

  • Kill the cottage cheese with a blender to grind the grains (or pass through a meat grinder with a fine grate twice), pour milk into it and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Throw in a colander with a napkin and drain the whey - about an hourasa.
  • IStir eggs slightly with a mixer so that the color is uniform (I think this is more true for homemade eggs with a bright yolk), add salt.
  • Melt butter, add cooled cottage cheese and Ieggs, mix and boil for another 10-15 minutes. Add the garlic passed through a press, mix and put in a mold; if it is a glass or enamel bowl, grease it beforehand. Put in the cold. The cheese is ready in an hour.
