Longina, Elena, thanks for the recipe!
Longina
Veronica, I used to make yogurt in a thermoserver (until the slow cooker appeared). The bowl "Charm" for 1.3 l is placed in a sieve and filled with hot water. But I liked doing more in circles.

"Charm" and SK (serving collection) are different products.
Svetlana62
RepeShock, Irina, in the series "Charm" several collections. Transparent - serving.
susika
And Sk is on 1.1l. - comes with a sieve.
Charm -1.3L. enters without a sieve.
Polskix_nika
And 2.5 will the charm rise in height if the sieve is removed? and then 1 liter of yogurt flies away right in a day, as there was none at all: drinks_milk: and on the hands of a baby, I want to make at least 2 days, that's why I became interested in a bigger container than a set of glasses and than a 1.5 liter baby cartoon I tried it in the super hit parade for 2L, I got up perfectly without a sieve! , but due to the current joint venture and the upcoming price hike, I thought I could catch up with Charm by 2.5 especially for this case))))))

Longina, thank you for your advice! And what is the difference between portioned cups and a common bowl? by density or taste?
I feel now not only will I need a transparent hit parade
Olga
Good afternoon, happy owners of dishes. So I joined you. True, in comparison with your reserves, mine is not large yet. A pair of Charm mugs and two bowls from the same series. I have not found information anywhere, can you pour only cold water into these cups with lids? Or boiling water too? Well, even if not boiling water, but at least 90 grams?
RepeShock

Temperature range of the collection "Charm" from 0 to +85 gr.
But the lid can be closed only when the liquid has cooled down, otherwise it will lose its properties.

From the TP guide.
Olga
Irina, thanks for the information.

Soooo, admit hooligans, who allowed me to pour boiling water into my mugs?

Although what difference does it make now who, the circles tolerate this mockery perfectly ...
RepeShock

Olga, you are welcome!
Inchik, do not buzi))))) The circles, I think, maybe nothing will happen, the main thing is not to immediately cover with lids.
But I would NOT pour boiling water into any of the most beautiful plastic dishes. Only slightly cooled down.
It is, after all, not glass or metal, whatever one may say

I don't make tea in them ... honestly ...

Duc, Semyon Semyonich (s), this is a completely different matter!

And what did you do in them? Yogurt?
(I have one piece, it stands in a cabinet, such a pretty one, not kissed ischo)
Olga
Girls, I don’t know where to ask, I want to place an order for this dish, but it must be hidden under the spoiler. How do I do this from a tablet? I don't understand something, there is a topic where to read about it?

Yeah, just didn't do it), but I had to shift it for storage, although they say that yoghurts should not be stored in plastic, but at that time I did not have another suitable vessel at hand ...
RepeShock

Olga, Olya, send your order in a personal message to the person you are ordering from.
Or write right in that topic, it's okay. (mark in the message that you are writing from a tablet)

Nope, in glass to fig also comes across, but the price of that "glass" ...

I'd rather be made of plastic probably eat ...

And we have only one company in the glass ... the rest is plastic and tetra packs.

But we are cracking home
Mashunya
Girls, do you need to close the lids of the mug when the yogurt is infused?
RepeShock

Mashunya, Do you mean when it is done? No difference. Usually, the lids are not covered so that condensation does not drip into the yogurt during cooking.
But this is not at all important.
Mashunya
Thank you
RepeShock

You are welcome
susika
Tuppervarovskaya dishes keep the temperature when closed. If we put in yogurt and do not want it to cool quickly, close the lid. The shape of the lid is slightly domed - condensation rolls down along the edges.
When I wrote about the charm and hot water (not steep boiling water), I did not pour it into an empty vessel, but either on frozen berries .. on onions .. champignons .. quick pasta, mashed potatoes, on the road.
It turns out already cooled down due to the finding product.
CLOSE-U charm lids are not deformed. I do not close it tightly, but I put the lid on top so that it does not cool quickly.
Flexible covers are deformed (charts, classics ..)

Larisa, a common lid, this is understandable, of course, to close it, otherwise nothing will be prepared)
In the conversation above, the lids from the mugs themselves were meant.
susika
Irina and I are talking about little ones, only if you put the lids on, the lid won't close.

I like to do it in portions, which is less fidgeting - no need to shift. The cups cooled down a little, put them in the refrigerator and my head does not hurt.

We wrote a recipe recently. But I took 400g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of semolina, salt, sugar, vanillin. In a silicone form, in a micra, I did it for 4 minutes, stood for 2 minutes and another 4 minutes. Power 600

Girls, yesterday I admired your purple ThermoTaps and remembered that I have an old Tupper recipe for yeast dough for ThermoDuet (I have an old, smaller volume, from the first samples). I will write here, as I have in the original. I didn't count on grams.

Yeast dough in a thermoduet.
In the upper (smaller) container, sift flour, a full TW sieve (this is about 0.5 liters). Combine 250 ml in a mixer-quick. water or warm milk, 1 pack of dry yeast, 0.5 tsp. salt and 1.5 tsp. l. sugar and pour into flour. Stir, add 1-1.5 tbsp. l. rast. oil, mix again.
Pour 100-150 ml into the lower (large) container. boiling water, put the top container in it, close it tightly with a lid, that is, without a hole, for 20-25 minutes. Everything is ready! Flour and yeast must be of good quality. It is better if the flour is of the highest grade.

I would be glad if the recipe comes in handy.

And today I was engaged in the repackaging of freezing from containers into film. Suddenly I discovered that I was buying and buying these containers, but they still do not exist: wow: some kind of mysticism ... where do they go ?? And in front of them are strawberries, cloudberries, mushrooms ... As a result, I freed 20 pieces, repacking some broths (I myself don't know which ones, obviously meat ones), bell peppers, zucchini ... I'm sitting here and thinking that something is wrong here and well nafig them ??? Is it just liquid in them to freeze like strawberries and other berries? But it’s too convenient - a briquette from a 400 gram container of zucchini, for example, exactly on a multicooker saucepan of cabbage soup, and the same pepper is more convenient to store in a container - I opened it and closed it again .. And I opened the package and I had to think how to close it ... I don't like the new model at all, and even if everything is assembled in two refrigerators and cabinets ...so 50 pieces will turn out, well, where else ??

That's a lot for 0.5 flour

And in Tapper's yeast dough recipes, all of them contain a lot of yeast. Therefore, it is fast, and not only thanks to the miracle-kneading dishes. But sometimes you need to be quick.

Agree. For 500 grams of flour, I always have 1 teaspoon of yeast from a bread machine - either in bread or just in dough.

A lot of yeast is put-show to beginners - those who are not friendly with yeast dough.
Those who have already understood the principle, consistency, can be reduced by the amount of yeast.
At home I take 35-40 grams for 1 kg of flour. I also put liquid and kefir and sour cream and mayonnaise and cream .. or just on water. Depending on what is in the refrigerator. But when asked for a recipe, I write a standard one.
I know, feel dough-beginners still difficult.
And at the presentation, yes, 50 grams. So that faster.
RepeShock

No, it turns out, just vparivanie, sorry.
For example, as a beginner, I don't care how much yeast is there, especially for 1.5 tsp. dry dough rises perfectly (bread).

Therefore, people are discouraged from baking themselves, because baked goods with a huge amount of yeast are simply not tasty.
Manufacturers indicate the same crazy amount of yeast in recipes for HP.
I hadn’t come to this site yet, I didn’t know how to bake my own bread, and I didn’t like bread from KhP at all.

I am always for the truth. I don’t understand why to deceive potential buyers, this is called a divorce.

Apparently, if I got to such a presentation, I would not buy anything from dishes at all, I do not like it when people are made fools.

By the way, I reduce the amount of yeast in baking (although I bake it once or twice a year) according to recipes from here, everything works out.
Expressed
I love the taper anyway)
susika
Irina, no, not vparivanie, I always explain, that when you feel the dough, gradually reduce the amount of yeast.

Larissa, it was all written without regard to you, absolutely

How long have I wanted these bowls !!! How I was looking for them !! There is one more, the largest one for 800 ml. They so coolly gather into each other in a turret and do not fall. Recently, this acquisition has really lifted my spirits!
Catwoman
Aunt Besya, and what is the volume of the largest and the rest? Pancakes will be included in the big one?
Aunt Besya
The entire collection of Illumin consists of bowls with a volume of 4.8l, 2.5l, 800ml and 550ml, lids of the 2nd class, but I checked it with water - it does not flow either sideways or upside down! In the photo, the lower 2.5 will fit pancakes, not like pancakes! And the biggest one is even deeper, I just won't drag her from work))
Catwoman
Aunt Besya, Lena, thank you! Can't you tell me the price of the set, even an approximate one?
Aunt Besya
Lena, I won't even say approximately ... She, firstly, is not a catalog, and secondly, she was not a complete set of gifts for consultants, but in different combinations and figs knows when, so she bought each one individually, who had something and the price was negotiable !
Ekaterina2
Aunt Besya, cool dishes! I saw them live - they are brighter than in the photo!

Yes, I have a kitchen north side .. a bit dark ((
