Tomatoes in moss

Ingredients

Tomatoes for two liter cans
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Bitter pepper to taste, you can without it
Garlic 6-8 teeth
Parsley dill 7-10 stems
Sugar 40 g
Salt 30 g
Vinegar 9% 25 g in each liter jar

Cooking method

  • Sterilize the jars, spread the tomatoes, pour boiling water over, cover, leave for 10-15 minutes.
  • Pepper, garlic, parsley, dill mince or grind with a blender.
  • Pour water from cans into a saucepan, slightly reduce its amount, add ground vegetables and herbs, salt, sugar to it, boil.
  • Pour vinegar, brine into a jar, roll up, wrap.
