Ingredients

Chicken quarters 3 pieces (large)
wholemeal cornmeal (polenta) 1 glass
Wheat flour 1 glass
kefir 1 glass
butter (melt) 50-70 grams
egg 1 PC.
salt 1/3 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Bake the chicken and corn tortillas together. Everything is very simple and fast.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken, add your favorite spices, you can marinate.

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 glass of kefir

  • We knead the dough. It will be very soft. Divide into 8-10 balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After this time, we take out the dough and make cakes from the balls (plump, like cheesecakes).

  • Put the chicken on a baking sheet, next to the cakes. We bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
