Chicken pate with mushrooms from B. Burda

Ingredients

Mushrooms 450 g
Chicken breasts 550 g
Eggs (whipped) 4 things.
Zest of 2 oranges (small)
Heavy cream 120 ml
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Spice taste

Cooking method

  • Chop mushrooms coarsely (I had frozen finely chopped, but coarsely will be prettier). Pass the breasts through a meat grinder. Cooking minced meat: add beaten eggs, grated zest, cream, mushrooms and crackers to the breasts and season with spices. We take this form and fill it with our minced meat.

Cooking program:

Bake in the oven at 150 degrees until tender

Yes, the zest gives a slightly unusual taste, at first I did not understand after trying. but when I tasted it, I really liked the taste.
