Ingredients

200 g flour
2 eggs

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour flour in a heap on the work surface, adding salt, and make a depression in the middle so that it looks like a crater.

  • 3. The mixture should be soft and sticky at first, but keep kneading and it will become smooth and silky when you press in the middle it should bounce. Wrap it in plastic and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


  • 4. Roll out the "rested" dough into a thin thin circle (so that everything is visible through it), let it sit for 10 minutes on the table and twist the dough on both sides alternately .. then cut it as you like and send it to boiling water for 5 minutes.

  • For the sauce:

  • Melt 2 tbsp in a water bath. tablespoons of curd cheese, a handful of grated regular cheese, salt, pepper, cream, mix everything until smooth, mix the egg and boiled king prawns into the mixture and mix with the finished pasta.
