Time for preparing:

10 minutes and 33-35 minutes

Cooking program:

No. 4. Steak and No. 9. Pilaf

Note

I cooked this pilaf twice in this slow cooker. The first time, the rice turned out to be harsh, because I used my usual proportions for pilaf 1 d. stkn rice and 1.3 d. stcn. hot water. Therefore, I cooked pilaf a second time with more water (the proportion is indicated in the recipe). This time the rice is soft.
