Spaghetti with tuna

Ingredients

spaghetti 300gr.
tomato sauce 250gr.
canned tuna 100gr.
capers 1 st. l.
olives 1/2 cup
garlic 2 cloves
parsley
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Spaghetti with tuna

  • Throw spaghetti into boiling salted water.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet and add crushed garlic, fry until golden brown, remove. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Cut the capers and olives with a knife, drain the tuna can and mash the tuna with a fork. Place the capers, olives and tuna in the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley. Warm up the sauce for a couple of minutes.

  • When the spaghetti is cooked (see cooking time on the package), drain the water, leaving half a glass.

  • Combine the pasta with the sauce. Mix well and heat over low heat. If necessary, add the water in which the pasta was cooked.
