Girls, can you please tell me how to make baked milk at 1010?
I tried as you write for 1054 - Multipovar for 15 minutes, poured exactly 1 liter, ran away, the valve and the entire lid were dirty.
You are experienced "multicooker", maybe my mistake was that I poured cold milk? Try to boil on the stove and turn on the Multi Cook? And I don’t understand how the Multipovar in 1054 and 1010 can fundamentally differ. After all, you set the maximum temperature regime - 120 degrees, I do not think that at 1010 it is higher.

Immediately I say at 1010 I have not tried milk, but if you try it either on Kasha (we cook milk there) or on Potatoes. But I haven’t tried it, I’m just based on observation. Maybe I'll try it on Potato ...

I have 1010FS, I made condensed milk from cream - the whole kitchen is spattered, then I found how to reduce the cooking power, now it doesn't seem to spit, I drowned milk on the "liquid porridge or milk porridge" program (I don't know how to call it, I have it Korean) + 30 min on a multi-cooker (my temperature is not set) the milk stuck perfectly, cooled it down, added sourdough, 35 minutes on heating the fermented baked milk did not turn out too hot, all the microbes died (before that I made yogurt in the oven only with the light on and it always worked out) Now , I think, I will not put on heating, warm milk and warm cuckoo walls - that will be enough.

Huge respect to the person who came up with the idea to make baked milk !!! I shudder remembering how my mom did in the oven for about 3 hours, probably this is milk !!!!! Now damn it 15 minutes and you're done !!!! SUPER! THANK YOU!!!

And what kind of yogurt it turns out ... mmmmm ... .
matroskin_kot
I confirm. From three liters of milk, yoghurt was enough for 4 days ...

oh cat ....... I was thinking about fermented baked milk ...... and wrote about yogurt ..... that's what it means to drink coffee at night
matroskin_kot
So when I put different sourdoughs, I get - either melted yogurt or - fermented milk

Sorry, maybe a stupid question, but everywhere I read a warning that not to cook milk at temperatures above 90 degrees, will run away. And here the temperature is 120, why doesn't it run somewhere?

This topic is about pressure cooker cooking. Therefore, it does not run away.

Pour more a liter, it will definitely run away from me
Most of all, I like milk in a slow cooker, here you won't get classic baked milk.
Try it, but pour no more than a liter

Excuse me, but if in a dolgovark? how much and at what temperature?
Qween
Kazyabusya, in my dolgovarka already in 4 hours (2 hours high and 2 hours low) it turns out 3 liters of baked milk. I tried to leave it to heat overnight, it turns out some kind of milk concentrate. You look through the glass lid - when a thick brown foam appears, then the milk is ready.

I meant a long cookie in 1054
Zhanka
It turned out to be excellent tasty baked milk

I decided to make baked milk. I read several recipes on the forum, looked at the questions-answers-tips and the question arose:
Has anyone tried to make baked milk on the Multipovar at 95 degrees, releasing the pressure and starting two or three cycles? It should work, I think ...
The boiling point is not reached, there is no pressure, the time is more than 3 hours ...
