Pork in wine with rye bread (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Pork meat (pulp) - 1-1.2 kg
Onion 1 PC
Cahors wine 150-200
A piece of rye bread (preferably a crust) 1-2 pieces
Barbecue seasoning (take from the market) 1 tsp
Salt, pepper to taste
Lemon juice 0.5 pcs

Cooking method

  • The wine, bread, onions and all the spices were ground in a grinder.
  • Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate in the resulting mixture for at least 40 minutes, the more the better.
  • Cooking on the Stew mode. Then I kept it on heating (the sauce boiled down and became even thicker). Mine really liked it. Served with mashed potatoes.

Time for preparing:

41 minutes

Wow! I have not done this yet. And how does the bread feel in (on) the pork?

And what was prepared?
1054 on Stew. Then, to warm up ... something so wanted. If time permits, then after the Stew on the Heating, you can hold it for at least 40 minutes, I think a more stewed version will work out.
