Danish beer bread
Somewhere we also have a similar recipe, but this recipe has one small drawback - which glass and how to convert the flour into grams. I just remembered this recipe yesterday and wanted to clarify which beer is better. Thank you.
P.S. Found Lithuanian rye, but is it in the Fugaska recipe book? not on the forum. It says that the beer is dark. If I make this bread, I will share the results

rit37 there is a similar recipe - "Danish bagels on beer" - but it is a little different, I altered it for sourdough, here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=6707.0

yana09, do not look, it is not on the forum. I have no time now, and in the evening I'll post it. It will be called Lithuanian Rye Bread from Fugaska. There is a very interesting recipe, I have not baked it yet, but maybe someone would like to try the recipe. And Fugaska always gives very precise recipes. You can look for Darnitsky from her. Very good.

Thank you, Cubic, I will definitely look, but there must be white flour there?
Cubic
The ratio of white and rye "flour" is the same as yana09 , (there is probably only one original source) follow the link, it is direct. Only rye is included in the sourdough, that's the whole difference ...

Cubic, thanks a lot. After all, I definitely have this HP, there are just so many things on the forum that my eyes run up, you don't know what to read before. My stove is only a little over a month old, so I still have everything ahead. And I looked at the recipe, very pleasant in composition, if I do, I will replace wheat with whole grain, it goes well with rye. Now I will lay out the recipe for Lithuanian rye with dried fruits on beer. It should be awesome, but I haven't baked yet. This is a recipe from the Fugaska book

forgot to specify 1 cup - 235 ml of flour, and 245 ml of liquid
yana09, here is the promised recipe:
Lithuanian rye bread from Fugaska
Ingredients:
dark beer 150 ml
water 120 ml
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1.5 tspl.
honey 1 tsp
egg 1 (without)
wheat flour 250 g
rye flour 250 g
yeast 2 tsp
On a signal, add sesame seeds, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, sunflower seeds,
walnuts - 1.5 cups (300 ml) total.
I don’t know what kind of stove she has, but she’s writing Program 3, a large loaf, dark crust.
Now, if anyone succeeds, then bring thanks to Fugaska

\ looked at the link - no, not at all. Well, now look at post # 15 in our topic. There are so many dried fruits
yana09
in principle it is similar. only instead of honey I have molasses (my family does not eat sweet bread) and gluten (for raising bread)
I cannot do it according to this recipe, since the family does not eat with spices, nuts, etc. But thanks for the recipe anyway

There seem to be no spices there, nuts can be excluded, but in general, my job is to fulfill my promise, and it's up to you, of course.
yana09
Thank you so much. but about spices, that's what I said. that's my family

the conversation was that the recipe for "Danish beer" is similar to "Lithuanian Rye". I looked for him in net and did not find it. later I realized that the recipes are different in principle
