I can't say anything about the juice - I have it, but I never used it.About the dough - after kneading, you have to let it rest for about 15 minutes, then skip a couple of three times at the largest thickness, while after each pass fold the dough in triple fold , then reduce the thickness by 1 position and skip a couple of times, when you see that the dough has become elastic and does not tear, reduce the thickness to the desired one and run the dough tape 2 times and you can sculpt

Kolich, I can't say anything about the AT312 - I didn't order it as unnecessary, but about the crunch in the juicer ... I don't know how comparable it is, but I had the same garbage in the AT340 (high-speed slicer). I was frightened that everything was a kirdet of my "charm" ... There was a crunch after each revolution of the disk. In the end, it turned out that I had put the disc knife on the wrong side (upside down). There, the hemisphere should be on top, and the crap with a circular groove-groove on the bottom. When rotating, the disc touched for something and from here - a crunch. Although, perhaps, my idiocy is unique and you have something else happened.

By the way, I tried to grind the garlic on the AT320. In complete frustration, it does not work the same way as with my Bosh blender. There I fell asleep garlic, turned on and after a few seconds the mass I needed. And then the teeth fell asleep, turned on and .... nothing !!!! And so several times. Until I figured out how to cut the cloves by hand. As a result, the degree of grinding still did not suit. In my opinion, this nozzle has the main disadvantage that the top is directed not by knives, but rather by some guides (not sharp). From here, the teeth were not crushed immediately. It was necessary to bring them to the required size. It's a pity - I wanted to give Bender Boshevsky to my mother with all its containers and shredders.
As for the high-speed slicer AT 340. The weight is not bad, but I also did not see the ideal in it - the tomatoes even crush hard (disc for fries and disc for julienne). So Berner's grater also seems to remain for now :(. By the way, I accidentally managed to learn how to make cubes of eggplant and pepper on the two discs above - you just need to pre-cut the product lengthwise to the desired thickness and insert it into the pusher at a certain angle to the knives. Although there is still no ideality, of course. And as a grater AT 340 - certainly a beast - in seconds it grinds everything, only have time to change the basins. But, in general, there is some uncertainty about the sharpness of the knives - a little product, as it seemed to me, crushes, which contributes to greater juice secretion. Knives would have to be made like a razor sharp.

I made eggplant caviar 2 times with induction. The impressions are twofold - on the one hand it's cool - you forget about mixing. Everything is prepared by itself, just have time to add salt and sweeten. Hands are absolutely free and there is a certainty that nothing will burn there. On the other hand, even the minimum speed for mixing is a little high, in my opinion. Plus, onions are not fried at the initial stage, but rather stewed in their own juice. But this is not critical of course. The first time I did half a portion for the sample - everything turned out fine, but the second time I decided to hammer a full portion out of greed - the machine cannot cope with such a large volume - until the vegetables boiled down - everything went up and, as a result, stopped the nozzle and the bowl came out of the grooves. So the conclusion is that relatively large volumes cannot be mixed with induction. There, a max of 3 liters is drawn (and this is only half a cup). Which, in principle, corresponds to reality. Although once again I was glad that I didn’t take KM 010 at one time - there the bowl would really be too small for some moments of my culinary delights.

In general, the impressions of KM 070 are still the most positive. The only thing I would lack is the simultaneous operation of several attachments. For example, while I grind something on AT 340 or AT640, I would have whipped something or cooked in a bowl. And so far, only one speed controller is provided, but for different processes the speed needs to be different.
But I think that soon we will see such a car :)
Martin
Something completely bleak. The blender does not beat, the garlic does not crumble, I am not delighted with the slicer, in principle there is no sense in induction either ... the large volume does not knead, at the same time it does not twist ... What are you doing "In general, the impressions of KM 070 are still the most positive "??
Marihuna
Why should they be negative then? The fact that I do not jump with delight and do not fill the Internet with numerous emoticons of happiness is the specifics of my attitude to everything. My husband gave me a car in the spring (a brand new car) - and believe me, there were no and never will be enthusiastic emoticons. And not because I don't like the car, but because this is my attitude to everything. You can say calm and realistic.
As for the KM 070, I just really wanted to get it, especially since there are no such cars in Russia. I got it and a little euphoria subsided, leaving room for dreams of dishes that I would like to cook on it. All my other reviews are just voiced reality, Nothing more. No negativity. It's just that someone might need it.
This machine performs all its functions at "5". There are some nuances, but they do not spoil the overall impression of the process. Moreover, these "nuances" must have been encountered by the owners of the aforementioned attachments, which are suitable for all Kenwoods.
The fact that AT320 does not grind garlic as much as I would like it to be is not particularly worried, because the reviews about this attachment were different and not always positive. I bought it up to a heap (as well as a sieve-press), especially about the price for which I got it and it's funny to talk. And then one attempt does not mean that it needs to be written off - I think that it can do a lot and will show itself even more.

And about a large amount of mixing :))) Well, if someone needs to cook an elephant, this is certainly not here :))) I will just adjust the portion for myself and all the business then ...
The induction of vesch is certainly pleasant, but perhaps, I agree, not everyone will need it so vital. For me, this is just a bold plus, as well as the timer. And the fact that all this gives a certain zest to the device itself, I would like to look at those who argue with this.
And in general, there is no time to test the machine to its fullest. Oh, well, I did a couple of charlottes. Whisk, as I expected, is probably beyond competition.
What else do you need then? The main thing is that the machine is now in the kitchen and pleases me with its appearance, capabilities, and also the fact that there are not so many owners of such a miracle (a certain vanity bonus, so to speak). Still we have with her ahead. Especially complex cakes and other delights. I just love her and that's it ... Without special (sometimes unnecessary) manifestations of delight and unnecessary emoticons ...

no, it's not about the correct connection, you can't connect anything "different" on that juicer, so the option disappears, it feels like there is some kind of bearing in the nozzle itself. I listen to there is some kind of rattle in the machine itself, but it may seem to me for now, but the REAL defect is that the citrus press does not turn away at all, I tried two presses ... there is only one conclusion that something happened in the machine .. .... and this does not comfort me (((

I didn't say a word about emoticons. And cited as an example - quoted - your own words. With the general joyless mood of the post - "even that does not work and it is not as I would like" it was strange to hear "On the whole, the impressions from KM 070 are still the most positive."I also asked - from what? From the appearance it turns out? I didn't ask for emoticons. Since I can afford any car from the Kenwoods list and any set of additional devices, and since the work of the car is important to me, and not its appearance and "vanity bonus", I collect the most complete information from various lips and try to understand how much I need this car. I don’t understand yet. Too mixed reviews.

Now it's just a question, my wife and I decided to try the dough rolling machine, it didn't work, I think maybe the dough was not uniform ??? because as it starts to pass it, so there are holes in the dough in any places, or are we using it incorrectly?
My recipe for dumplings dough:
Flour 500 gr
eggs 2 pcs
salt 1 tsp
Milk 200 ml, you can water, but I love with milk.
I immediately fall asleep in Ken, kneading with a dough hook at a minimum so that flour is not sprayed until a bun is formed, then a 15-20 minute break so that gluten begins to form, and again kneading first for 1 then 2 speeds for 20 minutes.
There is time to rest, give the dough, no, I can immediately tear off a small piece of dough and roll it out, first I roll it 3 times on one, then 2 times on the fourth position and then on 7-8 positions, depending on how thick the dough is on the dumplings, dumplings you love.
If it sticks a little, run the dough with a rolling ribbon over the flour you can sprinkle on the mat on both sides.
Do not roll very long ribbons on the dumplings at once, they need such a length that fits your dumpling maker. It is easier to roll out several short strips than to be confused with a long one.
In general, about the test, how to knead and other subtleties, read Admin.

Martin, if induction is not a fix idea for you (and this seems to be the case), then you do not need KM 070. Its complete "analog" and without induction KM020. All that is needed is suitable for him. But for sure you are confused by the "motley reviews")) As far as I know, no one scolded these cars in this topic. There were comparisons with Kitchenides (more precisely, a parallel was drawn), but they are more expensive with approximately the same functionality. This is as far as KM010 or KM 020. KM070 on western sites was compared only with Thermomix, but it seems as if not in favor of the latter.
Well, after reading your requirements: "But to rub the carrots, wind the minced meat, beat the pancakes, grind something small - not coffee ... this is necessary ...", I am sure that KM 010 is not needed either. You can choose something simpler and not so overall. About the meat grinder, many here wrote that a freestanding one is better (especially considering the fact that you will have to twist it first on a large grate, and only then put it smaller. For example, I would not want to do extra body movements in this regard). I have a meat grinder that turns the minced meat with a bang without any dancing with tambourines.
You don't need to knead the dough, and Kenwoods are usually excellent kneaders in the first place. What do we have left? Grate your carrots? For the sake of even a kilogram of carrots, I probably would not pick, and then wash, dry the attachment with a slicer.
Beat pancakes - well, probably any machine can handle this.
Grind something small (this is how it turns out - the AT320 is not the best competitor to a regular blender).

Dough sheeter - yes, I agree, I got the idea of buying this machine just after seeing the work of the dough sheeter)). BUT!!! There are a bunch of options for manual and automatic dough sheeters and even stand-alone dumplings. But they take up as much space as attachments for Kenwoods.
Think about why you need a semi-professional technician with such small requests?

I bought this car based on the need:

1. Confectionery (dough, creams, etc.)
2. Kneader + dough sheeter (dumplings, noodles, pasta)
3. Preparation of vegetables, dishes from a large number of vegetables.
4. Sauces, pasta, risotto.
5.Meat grinder (not so much the scrolling of minced meat, as a device for making sausages + mince secondarily).
6. Potato peeler (appreciated, by the way, deservedly - cleans perfectly).
7. Daughter just loves ice cream and persuaded to buy an ice cream maker :))). So far, I have not come across such a device.
In everything else that is in the car and in the add. nozzles, in addition to all of the above, I do not see the need yet:
- a double boiler (or rather a device for steaming) is not particularly needed (there is a freestanding one).
- grits mill - while I don't have a bread maker, I don't see the need for this device (I didn't buy it)
- AT320 - if there is a blender with containers for grinding, probably not needed. So far, I have several options for its specific application. But if hopes are not justified, I will put them on the far shelf.
- a sieve-wipe (I bought it up to a heap, but so far I do not quite see the need for its use). If you just rub the berries for the filling or fruit filler, sift the flour (but will I use it for this?), Rub the cottage cheese (but the child, on the contrary, loves grains). In short, I have not come up with an application yet. I wanted to try pure cottage cheese for the cheesecake.
- juicer (many write that it is not super juice - there is a lot of pulp). I haven't taken it yet.
- for citrus fruits - a juicer for an amateur (did not take)
- all sorts of bells and whistles for the manufacture of pasta (horns, etc.) I do not need - I saw a video of some kind of garbage and soooo slow pace - that you can fall asleep.
- low-speed grater ... Double impression. For the most part, it is not needed - grate by hand faster in small quantities. I wanted to buy "to the heap", but the sellers confused the marking - they sent the wrong one. And I didn't repeat the order, I thought, I thought .... If the AT643 kit included a drum for chopping nuts into pieces, I would take it for it. And such a drum was present only in the old model of the grater.

So think carefully - maybe you can buy something easier (not in terms of money, but in terms of just functionality).

It's just that I still have impressions as the owner of KM 070 ... Today I was in the Media Market, I watched KM010 (I wanted to buy it for my mother on DR). Well, no offense will be said to its owners (perhaps someone is missing him by the eyes) - he seemed sooooo little to me. The bowl is just like a deep bowl. Small. The corolla is unpretentious, unpretentious. So everyone who would like to buy a Kenwood car, I would advise to take the Major series (KM020 and beyond). More power, outwardly more impressive and, most importantly, the bowl allows you to strive for more.
Although, not without pride, I would like to note that put next to KM020 and KM070 - the latter looks much more impressive. Just like a spaceship next to a helicopter. But again - to overpay something of the order of 10-15 thousand for "beauty", timer and induction is an individual question. Someone wants, but someone else will have enough KM020 (by the way, a reasonable option, especially since I saw some prices for it not so long ago, about 25 thousand, and in Ukraine you can buy it for almost 20 thousand rubles - it's just a find for that kind of money If we compare the cost of KM023 (45 thousand in Moscow) and the cost of KM020 with the same attachments purchased at minimum prices separately (and this is the same device in fact), then it is surprising - the price of the latter will be about 10 thousand less. overpay for the number 3 in the model designation?

Especially. mixing eggs into hot choux pastry is a violation of technology. The choux pastry must cool before adding the eggs.

Girls, residents of Moscow, please tell me where is it better to get a food processor, ideally, of course, Km 020 or km 023? I searched through online stores, phoned, everything on order, the maximum that I found was km 010 070 and that is very rare where it is available. Such cars are not brought to us in Kazakhstan, my husband is going this week to Moscow for a few days, promised that if he finds them, he will bring them. Girls, dear ones, help me, I have been living on the Internet for 2 months, I read, I dream of a combine.

Now my brain is already swimming. I've been reading this topic for a month now and saving up money for Kenwood. I got completely confused about these models. Which one to take?
I don't need everything. There are many devices separately - you can't throw it away. I do not have a screw grinder. And you need a kneader with different attachments. Well, the coffee grinder is covered. Therefore, I want to pick up some kind of basic model, so that later, if necessary, over time, buy something if necessary. In Foxtrot there are 023 and 010 and some 331st (half cheaper).
070 I probably do not need, because there seems to be heating and all sorts of other bells and whistles. I'm not sure what will be in demand with me, and it's expensive.

Don't be funny. In our grea wonderful state, EVERYTHING, is only in pictures in advertising brochures (well, or in the language of stupid sellers who do not know anything about their products). That is why I shy away from their question in the store - "Can you suggest something?" ...
Here's how yesterday in the Foxtrot about these Kenwoods. The sales girl mumbled something to my questions, then ran to look for some senior manager ..., I waved my hand and left. I wrote off all the models, here I sit, I am monitoring in the internet and you have it here. Still, the owners can explain better ...
So that all- this is in Greece !!!
OxiSK
Oh, it would have been in our stores 023, for a month and a half I would have sat with him in an embrace. I here, too, went to the hardware store, to the manager's question "what to offer you?" I say - food processors, she replies that they have no harvesters, they haven't brought them in for a long time, waved her shrimp and went to wander around the store, I look at a huge shelf with all sorts of Bosches, Mulinexes, even Kenwoods are 266 and 560.
Kalmykova
Inusya! Look at the complete set 023 - there should be a meat grinder. In general, do not take it below 20. I have 20 and a bunch of attachments for it - bastard.
Inusya
Kalmykova, then you are my find, I will rape you, get ready ...
So I already with a pen, went to their website, wrote them out by series (there are only three of them, as it turned out, Classic, Premier and Titanium), by type (chiefs and majors), and have already painted the type of table, where what is, where what is not ... I'm starting to drive in.
Yes, as my table shows, a lot fell away at once (with a trembling hand I circled the 10th first, but the bowl is too small there, I finally think about such - 020 or 023, impressive power and size of the cup (and the price too).
But here, damn it, I see that there is no meat grinder in 020. And in 023 there is a mill, too, etc.
In short, if it turns out that from 020 to buy a meat grinder and a mill, and it will be "in a heap" - cheaper than 023, then I will do so, since I do not need the rest. Well, if it works out, then it's better to save up to 023.
Just thinking? Didn't you twist too much? ...
Did you buy everything separately and how long ago? I just wanted to know at least about the money, we are kind of fellow countrymen, and our prices are accordingly "Donetsk" (smiley face with a spreading) ... It's just that 023 costs up to x ... ren

Inusya, the fact that you chose not 010, but 020 is absolutely correct. The machine is more powerful, the mixing attachments are more serious ... The bowl is larger (I personally appreciated this, although 6.7 liters was frightening at first). As for the 023 and 020, these are exactly the same models. The only difference is in the add-ons included in the purchase. nozzles. I already wrote somewhere that there is no need to chase 023 - the price of 020+ is the same attachments bought separately, as a rule, will be lower than the price of 023. The sense of overpaying for the same, but packed in one box, and not in several I do not see ...
Moreover, the fact that you do not need some of the included 023 nozzles. Better to buy what you really need to 020. And the price will please the desired functionality.

Yes, I forgot to add - the meat grinder-attachment in these machines is not the ultimate dream. Already somewhere they wrote, meat with veins does not turn very much. I personally disassembled the nozzle 2 times to remove the veins wrapped around the auger. This is 3 kg of good beef !!! Yes, and the meat is slightly crushed, frayed .... Alternatively, freeze the meat, but this is not welcomed in the instructions for the nozzle.
If the meat is completely without veins, everything is fine. Everywhere there was a middle (most running) grille.

The Metro sells Kenwoods with a bowl of 6.7, capacity 1200 at a price of 17 thousand. The set of attachments includes a centrifuge juicer and a meat grinder. Three years ago I bought practically the same model in Ozone, without attachments, at a price of 13 thousand rubles.

Better go to Kenwood's website. There you will be surprised how many more models exist And with the SAME characteristics !! And all of them are based on 020. The only difference is in the attachments and if you take the 040 and further models - in the timer.

My 070 has clones and 069 and 068 and 084 and 086 and 089 .... In Germany this is one model, in Poland another, in Switzerland the third ... I checked and rechecked everything for a long time ... In reality, it turned out one and the same model, differing only in the accessories included in the kit.

tell me, how does the pulse mode work? automatically?, or is it necessary to do it manually on (P) and back all the time ?? And another question, is it so for everyone that the knob scrolls to the left and then, to turn it on to the minimum, it is necessary to turn it through all the speeds to the minimum?

Tell me! What is the difference between the machine itself and the 020/023? Who has 023, see which model is indicated on the bottom of the sticker near the wire storage?
And another very important question? I somehow came across a video on models 020 or 023 I don't remember, and so there I saw a nozzle that made dumplings, is it like a nozzle for rolling dough? Unsubscribe if anyone is aware of this!
I saw
kitchen Aid has a nozzle, but not for dumplings, but for ravioli.

No, it will not fit the wrong Kenwood, the Kenwoods do not seem to have such, so I would like

Major power (i.e. models 020 and older) - 1500 W. What you sell is either a model one step lower, or an error in power. In Metro (Moscow) a month ago 020 cost at least 30 thousand.

Unfortunately, it is not entirely profitable to buy these cars in Moscow. But, if you search, you can find it for a more or less adequate price. BUT unfortunately not comparable with the price in Ukraine. In some places, good prices slip, but, as a rule, the goods are not in stock.
And in general, as it seems to me, there is a tendency towards a decrease in the number of imported cars in Russia. Are they not profitable or what? There are a dime a dozen of Bosches ... And spare parts for them ... Even attachments for Kenwoods are not a complete assortment in Russia (sieve, for example, I did not seem to find it. Or I didn’t find it for an adequate price). Hence, the prices went up at some point. In Moscow, it's scary to pronounce it - they wanted 45 thousand for 023 a month ago, when I was wondering which model to buy). And everyone seemed to have conspired. Only in one place I found somewhere cheaper than 40 thousand.

So, if possible, buy in Ukraine. Much cheaper. Nozzles including.

So now I was only able to find km 023 for 45 thousand, and 020 for 35 thousand, although I still need a meat grinder, a miller and a multi-shredder, all the same in the end it comes out about 45 thousand.

We do not have such machines, but in several stores I saw a sieve for model 10 and the price for neo is good 1 thousand. 300 rubles

Well, actually, at the moment I found 020 for 5280 UAH. Roughly multiply this by 4 to get rubles. But the interesting thing is that the goods there are tied to the dollar exchange rate. That is, at some point the price in hryvnia may be lower. Then, if you wish, you need to dig the search engine more carefully - you can dig up interesting proposals. I so accidentally bought my combine - the lowest prices in the generalizing price markets were higher than the price I paid. And further...in many stores there is a status out of stock or on order (in the absence of a price). And of course, these sellers do not appear in search engines at the moment. BUT as soon as the product appears, they publish the price and, perhaps, someone will be lucky at that moment - the price will be super low.

I need it in Moscow, my husband flew there today, there is no way to bring it from Ukraine. For delivery in Moscow today, they also thought that 2 thousand rubles came out, plus the flight of my car to Astana will cost 350-450 dollars, and I feel sorry for the money and want to.

what I was talking about. Now let's count: 21 thousand 020 is in Ukraine (we take the lowest price so far) we immediately see the markup of "Russians" 14 thousand. Not bad. Then I bought: a meat grinder for 2400 (in Moscow), an AT320 multi-shredder (did you mean that?) For 1600 in Moscow, but I didn't take a mill, but I don't think it will cost more than 2500-3000 thousand. Total + 7 thousand for what you really need. Moreover, the 023 kit does not include everything that you would like to purchase. And the rest of the nozzles (AT 340, AT457, AT445, rolling, noodle attachment, sieve and others took in Kiev. The price of the most expensive (rolling for dough) was 3000 rubles for ours. Believe me, I counted everything ten times before ordering - it turns out MUCH cheaper. Especially considering the "Moscow" cost of delivery and the fact that not every Internet store has the entire list of attachments you need. So I bought something in Moscow (making sure that it is not much more expensive than in Ukraine ), and acquired the bulk in Kiev.

Soon I'm going to go there myself (before that my husband went) already for a multicooker - Cuckoo. Do not believe the price in Moscow is 21450 (everywhere !!!!), in Kiev I found it beforehand for 12 thousand !!!! And I think that this figure is not the ultimate dream. So a nice saving on the face

Wow, the cost of a "flight" ... And delivery in Moscow somehow you were cheated ... Well, a maximum of 500-1000 rubles ... 2 thousand even for a refrigerator do not take

It all depends on the duration of the husband's business trip - if you have time, dig a search engine, but it's not a fact that the machine will be available at a convenient price for you ... It's a matter of luck ...

Inusya! Don't go for 23, check its package - do you need all the attachments? I bought mine 3.5 years ago for about UAH 3400. I bought attachments as needed and available, fortunately, the prices for them were then tolerable. In addition to a blender glass (this came with the machine), I have: a mill, high-speed and low-speed, a Strumok-type juicer, a potato peeler, a sieve, and a rolling mill. I have a separate meat grinder, she is over 12 years old, Brown. Therefore, I do not plan to buy a meat grinder attachment yet. Of all the nozzles, Strumok is the most ugly - it quickly clogs up, especially with black currants. It is necessary to unwind and clean, but this is quick, just unnecessary body movements. For workpieces - the high-speed one! Three heads of cabbage are crumbled in a couple of minutes; it takes longer to cook, peel, chop. I love rolling - it greatly facilitates and speeds up the process. I even roll the dough on the strudel on it, sculpt 2 layers between each other and get a gorgeous smooth canvas. Well, simple kneading-whipping - so no mixer will pull this! In short, take 20 - you won't regret it!

People!!! Answer please! how does pulse mode work? automatically, or is it necessary to do it manually on (P) and back all the time ?? And yet, does everyone, like me, have that the handle slips to the left for (P) and then does not turn to the right, but in order to turn it on to the minimum, it is necessary to twist through all the speeds from maximum to minimum?

Kalmykova, ...I seem to be starting to catch up a little.
in general - 023 costs about 10.000 UAH,
First conclusions:
020 costs somewhere around 6.000 UAH (though I’m not guided by Foxtrot yet, there is a little more expensive, I’m looking through the Internet), a separate meat grinder, about UAH 800, a mill, about UAH 500, that is, in a heap it turned out about 7.300 UAH
In my opinion the difference is palpable, three thousand whole! There I also saw a grater combine with different disks for 800 UAH, you can even buy it in addition ... And many of the 023's adaptations are worthless to me, no scales, no citrus press ... why overpay.
Another question- what a nozzle- Flexi beater, otherwise on their home site there is a table without translation, and now I don't understand what kind of animal it is?
Kalmykova, - and more - you write that you have a high-speed and low-speed mill ..., isn't the speed in the combine itself? so this is something, you need to buy two of them ?, as I understand it, this is just a glass-mill, which is inserted into the slot of the machine ... or did I misunderstand something?
Something seems to be looming, I still need to read reviews about everything, and obviously this is how I will plan a purchase!

... People, answer stah007! .. maybe infa will come in handy for me too .. I'll outline everything ...
