Today I tortured my husband how he makes pate, he offered to come and show. In general, fried onions and carrots are first laid and a little liquid is added from the chicken liver remaining when stewing (first fry, then add a little water to extinguish it). When whipping the mass, a funnel is formed, into which the liver is laid in small portions. In this case, the speed of revolutions should be first low, then medium. In no case is it maximum, in this case the mass swallows air and the funnel is disturbed, that is, the mass is not ground all, but only from below. At the end, butter at room temperature is added. By the way, all products should be cold or lukewarm. Somehow like this.

during testing, he could not cope with the strawberry cocktail, strawberry pieces remained

You are clearly doing something wrong. My husband whips up liver pate in a blender, and you understand liquids there, only due to butter. I even make bread crumbs in it and that's it. First try to lay the strawberries and a small amount of milk, a funnel should form, then add through the upper hole in the lid to the desired volume (but I always put everything in at once, everything grinds perfectly).
I haven’t been able to repeat it with strawberries yet, but I tried to grind cookies for "potatoes", the result is very deplorable, I didn’t even grind half a glass, I decided that once you grind crackers, then the cookies should grind. apparently all the same there is an error in the assembly, but the combine coped with it in 4-5 seconds, although it looks so flimsy, for such a machine they could have made thicker plastic.

Can you tell us more about the pate?
Interested :-)
Straight all at once to fold and blender?
forgive the question not to me, but this is exactly how I do it, and the result is also very good, I fry the onions with carrots, there usually beef liver, for a few minutes, the liver is quickly fried, salt, pepper., grind into a combine, then softened butter, and also a spoonful of sugar in the liver, but this is not for everybody

Thanks for the answer)))
I came to boast: what a great biscuit I got yesterday!
After baking, I cut them into cakes, so they already squeaked when on top of them
click!
Whipped with a whisk. And whole eggs! The owner of the recipe advised to beat until increased
mass by 3 times, but I have increased much more!
And it took about 5 minutes, no more !!!

Hello everyone!

I will copy my review into this topic, since they go to 070 less often, and I really want to share my joy with those who share it.

For a year I was sick with this car, I actually dreamed about KM 010, 020 seemed to me nuuu very big. And on New Year's Eve, as they say, what you don't want ... My husband and I made a gift for ourselves, tormented by the choice, and seeing 070, of course we chose the third option, or rather 086 (+ AT358 glass blender + AT647 processor)

By the way, before I could not find real reviews for Kenwood Chef at all. And just before buying I got on this topic, although there is a bread maker, and on this forum I hung up before, but I did not see this topic .. And here .. the real happy owners live.

The purchase was fun, they sold me black Read more: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=179527.0Without the official representation of Kenwood ... I barely interrogated the bill ... I want to pay money, and they to me .. Let us make a presentation for you ... Here are interesting ones. I tell them that you invest so much in advertising, but you can't really sell to a real buyer. I must say that I was worried that she was so-so warming, although I would like to leave her to fry the onions and leave ... I was convinced that she fries well, prepares stews, etc., etc. Everything will be ok.

In general, I now have five phones of the Kenwood guys ... After football, I finally really begged to be sold to me.

And then a week ago we received a HUGE box and a bunch of little ones with attachments.

The first thing we cooked was noodles, of course. The whole family participated. We all held long pasta, they hung on all the handles of the furniture, some I dried under Ufo, which stood nearby. In short, have fun, not the word. Half was cooked right away. Half bloomed happily in my still damp unfinished kitchen.

Then there was my husband's birthday, new year. I tried to use all the functions to the maximum. Loved the chopper in the cup. Bomb! First, we have a 9 month old baby. Well it does an excellent job, grinds everything to puree. And small portions, which is important. With a hand blender, I can't even grab that amount.
Perfectly grinds spices. You can't handle so many with a mortar, but you have to stand near the coffee grinder, which is terribly annoying.

They made sausages. Great, the guests liked the wrong word ... The spices were added, the sausages were perfectly filled, yummy. In a meat grinder on a medium contraption .. (I don’t remember what it’s called) the pork was perfectly ground with hymen. I didn't have to disassemble, everything is fine. By the way, meat for sausage was ground with an AT647 processor. Chopped very well. We honestly checked, cut some pieces, and then for decency.

AT647 - rubbed vegetables .. great.

For my husband's birthday, I made a napoleon. Rectangular. She rolled out the dough on a roll, kneaded with a hook - and cooked the cream in a bowl ... the only failure. But you have to get the hang of it. Warmed milk in it, then added beaten eggs with flour together. Apparently it was necessary separately, or the flour was not enough. But this was the first experience, now, I think, everything would have turned out fine.

Fried onions. Today we made pasta with seafood. With spinach, pasta. And the sauce was made right in the bowl. He stirred the onion himself, then they added seafood, cream ... then the pasta itself ... All this time I was running to the child. And lo and behold, nothing burned out for me ...

I really wanted to rub it when I watched the demos, as I often make tomato sauces myself. It didn't work at all right away, yesterday I unscrewed the nozzle a little. Better ... I read it here on the forum, which should scrape a little. We must try, maybe it will be even better. The result, in principle, is excellent, only it remains a bit too much at the top.

The potato peeler is questionable, eyes remain. My mom criticized her, but I think that you just have to get used to it, like a washing machine and dishwasher, a bit too long, but not with your hands. Yesterday I was peeling apples on it, I realized that I had to throw apples of the same size, but in general I cleaned them, some were worn out too much. But this is a cost.

Sponge cake bomb! It has already been described a hundred times!
In general, I am now rushing to the kitchen, well, I really like it.

Thank you very much for your reviews, especially Marihuna, they were decisive in the choice.
Daria33
Congratulations on your purchase! good review, though a little chaotic, but I understand you perfectly, too, before the New Year, my husband made such a gift, so I still go under the impression. Girls, do not give a reference how to make a biscuit in this car, otherwise I see the reviews, but I don't know where they get it. How the machine knocks it down from my own experience, yesterday there was such an incident - I decided to bake pancakes, put 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar turned on the machine and went to collect the rest of the ingredients, in short, while I went for milk and flour, my eggs almost whipped into cream until half a bowl almost , the dough is thick as it turned out for pancakes, it took a long time to dilute
AlenaT
Dasha, you make a biscuit as indicated in any specific recipe,
which you want to try.
I was talking about the recipe for the cake "Inspired by Cyrano" from Natapit.
It turned out superbly.
ellanna
And I have a question, I read in the net that there should be a protective cover, does everyone have it except me?
AlenaT
Nah, the cover is purchased additionally for separate money,
like all other nozzles)))
They will never offend themselves)))

Hello girls, I have long dreamed of becoming the owner of a Kenwood food processor and still decided to buy it, but there are some questions, are there any happy owners here or maybe not quite? Are you interested in any opinions about the Km010 Km020 Km070 Km089 machines? and what is the difference between them? and where will it be cheaper to buy them and which one? who bought from whom, ooooooo waiting for your opinions

and what necessary attachments should I buy? and by the way how does yours differ from new models for example 70th and 89th?
Kalmykova
The 20th (and 10th) has no induction heating, and I don't need it! Large bucket, 6.7 l. The set included: whisk, hook, K-shaped nozzle and silicone nozzle. I use only a whisk and K. The set also includes a blender-glass made of thick glass, it contains wonderful cocktails, soups puree. I bought in addition as needed: 1- a mill for turning grain into flour, 2- rubbing for cottage cheese and fruits and vegetables, 3- potato peeler (no doubt necessary), 4- high-speed shredder-slicer for blanks and cabbage for salting, 5- low-speed grater- a slicer to rub cheese, chocolate, etc., 6-juicer for berries (like the Soviet Strumka), 7-rolling favorite for dumplings, strudel, etc.
Natulyok
not bad ... how will I look to buy it half of the trouble, and most importantly start using it fully and buy a ton of nozzles in addition for half the cost of the combine?)))
By the way, where can you buy and where is it cheaper?

and what necessary attachments should I buy? and by the way how does yours differ from new models for example 70th and 89th?

I took to 086 "a large set for the bathroom .. (c) joke of humor":
AT312 (citrus)
AT320A (chopper, cups)
AT340 (high speed shredder / slicer)
AT445 (potato peeler)
AT941A (flour mill)
AT950A (meat grinder)
AT957A (ice maker)
AT970A (dough sheeter)
AT973A, after testing, ran quickly, passed and instead of the third (trenetta) took the fourth (spaghetti) AT974A, which is immensely happy.
AT642 low speed shredder / slicer + berry press)
AT930A (sieve)

For "complete happiness" you must also take the MGX400 (cube).

I cook often and a lot, so I used everything I took from the attachments, except for the mill (I already bought grain), and the crushers for berries (out of season, so to speak).

The list of attachments was determined even before the purchase of the combine. And here for the holidays in one Ukrainian retail chain discounts: -50% for the second, -100% for the third, plus point by date. In general, through global combinations and counting pairs and triplets of nozzles for one check, it turned out to take everything quite cheaply. Internet shops, rest with their prices.
In the summer I made repairs, so for this business I designed a small but deep (just in the depth of the refrigerator) cabinet near the refrigerator, especially for attachments. Frequently used accessories are stored in the large drawer under the work area. Those that are not so often, in the closet near the refrigerator. I didn’t even expect it, everything was compact enough - it took up only half of the shelves in the closet, the remaining shelves went safely under the stocks of flour, sugar, cereals and equipment, which, thanks to the purchase of a combine and nozzles, is waiting for the opening of the summer season in order to safely leave for the country, and continue to serve there faithfully, but in a different kitchen ..

And in which Ukrainian trade network did you take, if not secret?
We did not observe anything here, or did I miss ???

Well, almost all networks selling electronics / household appliances carried out similar promotions, I almost have discount cards everywhere and they send me sms .. I will not write the name here, so as not to advertise, you can find their advertising by a search engine, by key "50% discount for the second item in the check, 100% for the third item (in Ukrainian) ". The name of the networks is well known. There are nuances that must be taken into account, for example - not all products participate in the action, for example, the "cube" does not participate; a product with a lower amount goes under a discount, etc.The main thing is that in one store most likely there will not be all the necessary attachments. I just "made friends" (with the intentions "here I will take these 13 nozzles right away," which made him very interested ..) with a manager who sells kenwood on the network, he broke through the database where there are nozzles I needed and within 3 -4 days brought, all that was missing.
Also, I can say for sure that the network whose name starts with "techno" and ends with "policy" is lying shamelessly - they send a text message that the second product is free, but it turns out that if you come to the store and count everything, then the discount on the second product is obtained somewhere 10 %. At the same time, the sellers come up with some kind of childish excuses, and when you say directly in your eyes "why are you lying in a text message", they start a song "no complaints about buttons?" - by type, we are only sellers here, and marketers .. they are to blame for everything .. in short, it's a pity only for the wasted time.

By the way .. AlenaT, you sort of got an ice cream maker recently ?! Did you get something? I was presented with a book from Delongi ice cream makers, I made ice cream for the first time according to the recipe from this book, the name of the ice cream is "Milk Ice Cream". I did everything according to the recipe, it turned out sooo sweet and sooo much vanilla sugar, as for my taste. In general, it turned out something like an impregnation cream for a biscuit cake, but not ice cream. And yet, this "ice cream" went into the biscuit cake. More recipes are 10 words per recipe. It is written - take so many ml of cream, and what is the fat content of the cream ..
Share adequate recipes, fellow Kenwood users ..

Sysopaty! Take the recipe on our website in the topic about ice cream makers, for example, a win-win ice cream from Anastasia https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=142934.0 , only I don't use yolks in the recipe. Simple, fast and delicious! You can regulate sugar yourself by trying the mixture before freezing.

Trenette passed. The thickness of the trennet is akin to the thickness of Chinese baby egg or rice noodles. I make pasta quite often. I used to do it with my hands. Now, making pasta for a family is 15 minutes + cooking.
I do not know for what reason, but there is a mistake everywhere in the description of these attachments. Namely in the description of the spaghetti cutter. And the difference is significant. First, the thickness of the spaghetti is not 1.5mm, as they say everywhere, but 2mm. And the second, and most importantly, spaghetti, in contrast to 1, 2 and 3 nozzles, cuts round pasta, not square or rectangular, which greatly contributes to the integrity of the pasta.

By the way, I make Chinese noodles exclusively with my hands. It is very convenient to feed a large crowd of hungry people quickly and without hassle. Plus entertainment .. There is also a minus - the dough recipe cannot be changed (so new attachments for all recipes, except for Chinese). Maybe I will adapt the harvester during the initial mixing, which is the hardest thing in this matter. We'll see..
The principle is as follows (I saw it in Asia, I liked it very much, and it turned out to be not very difficult):

ehhhhhh I would come to you (and by the way, plus delivery to us in Russia, then it will work out the same) ....... but in Russia it seems to be none at all ... we have such things as KM020 and KM023 start from 35-45 thousand rubles, and here they offer not to wait right away and take a combine harvester that has been in use for 40,000 rubles, but I generally keep quiet about KM086, it costs 65,000-70000 rubles, I think if our speculators would take it to Russia , then it would cost at least 60,000 ... savings on face ... most importantly, owners, advise what to look for when examining?

As for the cost, I will not help, since I can only estimate it in relative value, and this will not tell you anything.
It is worth watching, as already said, for a complete set. Here's the package:
h3vWjrItlAg

Attach all nozzles, drive at different speeds. Look at the slots of the heads of the screws / bolts - there is damage, it means they were dismantled, and these are already questions (there should be somewhere below, I did not check, in general, for a mount that is unscrewed for disassembly). If the combine is six months old, be sure to check if there is a guarantee and whether it is valid in your region. Since the cost of the device is high, I would go to the service center and 100% confirm the guarantee, and at the same time, so that the masters could see if there was disassembly / repair. As far as I remember, ken km070 has a 2-year warranty, at least with us, so it comes out ahead of one and a half or a little less than one and a half years of warranty, which is very encouraging, in your case.

Good day everyone! Maybe someone met on the Internet a complete set of Kenwoods 010/020 series (or foreign analogs) without blender at all? Interested in overseas stores, in the Russian Federation I saw it on the internet, but in one store (the impression that they themselves complete it).
I don't want to buy a car with a device that is useless for me, which will sit on the shelf. And it takes up a lot of space and weighs hoo. I had a Boshevsky harvester, so in 15 years I used the blender 5 times (there is a lot of dough for pancakes).

UPD:
I myself found the answer to my question. The French have a complete set without a glass, Major Titanium inox brossé KMY90
It remains only to find a seller who is ready to send the coveted car to the Russian Federation ...

It's cool that everything is beautifully placed ... Photo in the studio. My most pressing problem now is where and how to place the attachments. On the nose ordering a new kitchen .. I understand that you need to immediately think about the place for the nozzles ...

Now they are in a 45 cm drawer. Bulk. It's a pity to watch. It is inconvenient to store in boxes. Who invented what, how who spread it out? Share your experience, pliz. As with anyone with storage.

So I became the proud owner of km020. I bought it in an English Amazon. Includes food processor and glass blender. Blender is a miracle! We dabbled with cocktails with children. The food processor is very helpful in preparing salads and cooking.

Additionally I bought a meat grinder and an ice cream maker.

The meat grinder disappointed me. Meat does not pass very well - I chewed it .. I got used to my Panasonic - I don't even clean films in it - all the meat threshes instantly .. and then I had to suffer - I had to disassemble the meat grinder and clean the knife constantly .. But I'm not upset - I will make sausages ..

With the ice cream maker, of course, I went nuts - I bought the wrong one! The bucket is low, the nozzle is missing .. Only later I found out that there are different models of ice cream makers for Chef and Major.

I would be very grateful if someone suggested - how do they differ? Only the size of a bucket? If yes, I would only buy the plastic Major ice cream bucket, not the whole attachment ...

Now they are in a 45 cm drawer. Bulk. It's a pity to watch. It is inconvenient to store in boxes. Who invented what, how who spread it out? Share your experience, pliz. As with anyone with storage.

I store my attachments in a base cabinet in plastic containers without a lid - I had to allocate a whole shelf for them

And it's more convenient for me to store nozzles in boxes

"Pills to me from greed, but more" as Bricks sang)). The main thing is that the inner voice (or at least the husband) said in time threateningly STOP. I'm still determining the number of nozzles. My Ken is waiting for me somewhere in the dusty warehouses of Europe.
uhhhhh, I'm afraid even to imagine how unevenly you breathe to the nozzles

Take to your ranks). I bought a Kenwood 20 model, except for a blender I don’t have any attachments yet, but after reading your useful temka, my Wishlist increased dramatically, although I took KM for the sake of a kneader, but now I want an ice cream maker and a potato peeler and a dough sheeter and ... in general, a lot more

Klimentin, congratulations!
Tell us, share your impressions. We have repairs, my combine is on the sidelines. Waiting for a new kitchen ... I miss him ...

Today I talked to some people, it turned out that KM084 turned out to be a more perfect model than KM086, although the first does not include attachments, something was said about the motor there ...

Isn't 89 the most advanced?
no, the 89th is just for another country, and there is no mixer there, as well as km86.

In general, the KM084 has an interval motor, such as how they write it MAST HEV
a conventional motor rotates at a speed of 100 times per minute (such as KM086, etc.)
and interval is meant as 10 fast, 10 slow, 10 fast, 10 slow, etc.
Is there a missile defense system and who will explain what all this can influence?
there was also a masenka attribution, like if you have exactly model 084 you are not just a Povor, but like God))))
