Hello everybody! The other day we bought Kenwood 010. Already made bread, kneading dough is simply awesome.

We tried a juicer today. And .... the juice is poured out of the hole where the glass and the juice supply tube are connected from the juicer, the juice splashed, the combine jumped, in general, something is wrong. Tell me, maybe we did something wrong, or is there just a wide gap left between these two tubes? Did anyone have this? Thanks in advance for your help.

I will duplicate the question in the topic about attachments.

Girls hello everyone! Help I have a Kenwood 010, whipped the cream with a rubber nozzle, put it on, and how to remove it now? Does not work
Lёka
Hello everyone! Finally, I became the proud owner of Kenwood 020. There is no limit to happiness. Thank you all for the discussions and comments - this is so necessary for the "undecided". My choice was made long ago and definitely only by Kenwood. Now you have to master.

This is patience. While I was carrying the bread machine to the kitchen in a box, my priest was already walking like a butcher's knife ..

Recently I went to visit a friend, she casually remembered about her kitchen. harvester Mulinex. It is new, in a package, it has been lying for several years !!! (A smart thing, dear.) She was too lazy to poke around in the instructions. Well, these are the characters of people.

The biggest difference
Kenwood Series 10 to 70 is a good, reliable technique. And Boshiki (I studied forums where people who make cakes in large quantities communicate - it breaks down very quickly - Even the most beautiful 86 series)
I read a lot and thought - and my choice was in favor of Ken 10. Only Ken 70 is better than him!

Girls, I can't insert just such a nozzle - like I'm doing everything correctly as indicated on the tag, but it does not fix - help me

Nut, and other nozzles are fixed? I had a similar problem, one of the same was not fixed, only the metal one had to exchange the harvester, because neither the sellers nor the service knew what the reason was, they immediately exchanged it.

The rest all dress (y) I have never used this attachment, but yesterday I decided to try whipping the whites - she dresses and turns as indicated on a piece of paper, but immediately drops out

Irina,When I insert these nozzles, I first insert them into the slot and press a little upward, there is something giving in and only then I turn counterclockwise. All OK.
And I like whipping squirrels more with a whisk, and I use this attachment for butter creams, cottage cheese and other soft whipping.
Good luck.
swetlana25
Irina I had this problem, only with a different attachment. The husband tightened the adjusting screw on the nozzle and that's it ..... the problem was solved. Try to readjust.

Everything worked out: D I just had to slightly apply force to push it inward, then I turned it and it inserted itself.Other attachments are easy to insert, but this one is somehow stressful: girl_cleanglasses: Thanks everyone for the help
Lyi - I want to ask you about the cream;) Is it good to beat with this nozzle - I somehow constantly whisk it with a whisk, but I saw the program "Sweet Life" on TV and the girl simply strongly advised her to use the cream and beat the proteins to peaks with it too
Lyi
Oreshek, Irochka, oil creams and others whip perfectly with this nozzle. I didn't beat the meringue with this attachment, only with a whisk. But I will definitely try, because my relationship with meringues is tense, often sits down.
Now it seems to have adapted: at first, with a whisk at low speeds, as soon as it starts to emulsify, I switch to the maximum, but when I fall asleep (little by little), the sugar sometimes sits down, or rather it turns out that it seems to be sprayed on the walls.
But now I have learned to revive this unfortunate mass.
I let it stand for a while, so that some water appears, and then I beat it again and everything turns out OK. Lush mass of meringue.
You try to tell me.

Girls, I finally had the opportunity to buy the long-desired Kenwood 020. I ask for advice. I want to take Kenwood KM020 Titanium Major and in addition to it a mill, a sieve for wiping and a dough rolling machine. Tell me, how often do you use a mill at home? Does it make sense to take? I just read the reviews and really want to, but it costs a lot. And yet, as in practical use, a sieve for wiping and sifting - is it worth buying? Does anyone use it?
And in general, from your point of view (who has been using this combine for a long time) what are the most necessary attachments for work? Maybe nothing superfluous at all? I definitely want a dough rolling machine (I don't even want it so much as it is extremely necessary - my handles are not suitable for rolling out with a rolling pin), but how does it work?
Share your experience, please, soon! And then I'm already sitting on pins and needles, I want to order while the price is acceptable (relatively, of course, compared to the one that was six months ago.) But it is unlikely that it will be cheaper.
And yet, yeast bread dough is kneaded well and with what - with a hook or with what? Basically, I want to take it for kneading dough (bread / pies / dumplings).
matroskin_kot
I knead yeast soft-to-shaped, dumplings with a hook. In my constant work (every day) - hook whisks, a dough sheeter, a sieve sieve, and a mini-processor. Less often - a juicer, shredding on shredders only when the volume is large, and so - Berner is in use, a meat grinder is also weekly. I like to wind the dough for pancakes with a blender and pour it from there ... And I used a mill for flour from wheat and buckwheat, but now I don't use the flour from the factory ...
With a sieve, I wipe cottage cheese, raspberries, tomatoes, and sowed flour, but now the children have presented a sieve on batteries - the need to sow through it has disappeared.
Pinky
matroskin_kot Thanks for the promptness T. E. The sieve is not very necessary, I understand? For flour, I also have a Tapervarovka. here to wipe the berries ... Although for me it will be a seasonal device, only use it in summer, I don’t bother with cottage cheese, I rarely do something with it. I will not take any shredders, there is also a Berner grater. In general, I realized that I just need a dough sheeter right now. But does such a rubber attachment for soft creams come in the kit or does it need to be purchased? Or can you use a complete attachment for butter cream, for example?
matroskin_kot
Rubber - included. You don't need to buy it. So, if there is no need to grate berries, cottage cheese, you don't have to buy ... Then you will see along the way. Dough sheeter is definitely needed. Well, for noodles, you can immediately take it.
For me, how to collect and wash a shredder for the sake of borscht alone is better with Berner. But this, I personally ... And many girls use it every day
Pinky
Irochka, thanks for the answer. In short, I'm taking the dough roll for now. I'll think about the noodle cutter (in fact, we rarely use noodles). The main thing for me is to take the harvester myself, and then I will decide on the attachments along the way. That's it, I went to order!

I was very lucky with the seller of the burger, not only did I find the cheapest store where they sold it at a price that none of the stores could boast of, but he immediately made a deduction of the BAT tax, so the car became cheaper plus three delivery boxes came out absolutely free))) plus to everything he sent my additional accessories MA350 (a set of three) and AT641, which I sent to him as a delivery address, nothing else worthwhile from accessories to him was found .... can anyone that interesting for him will tell the type of mastheads?)))
Pinky
People! Can someone explain to me clearly what is the difference between Kenwood KM 020, Kenwood KM020 Major and Kenwood KM020 Titanium Major I'm already confused with these names! For example, the site says simply KM 020. I say, I need a Titanium Major. They immediately answer me: so this is it! Other managers reply that they simply have KM 020, namely the Titanium Major costs more than a thousand more. And NOBODY can explain to me what, in fact, is the difference!
Suddenly I'll just buy KM 020, and then I'll start picking up nozzles for it - and which ones?
Please enlighten who knows! I've been trying to order for several days and got stuck because of the name.

Kenwood KM 020, Kenwood KM020 Major and Kenwood KM020 Titanium Major - These are the names of the same car 100%
Kolich
I'm sure the differences will only be in the attachments that are included in the package ... look and what attachments and accessories are included in this set for each of the machines, as well as the kitchen machines themselves are the same ...
Pinky
Alexander Light1 Are you sure? And why, then, their cost differs up to one and a half thousand? Can't it just be a matter of purchasing? It is possible to take KM 020 for 5300, and on another site the same one only with the addition of Titanium Major costs 6300 and above! Well, what should I do? I want to take it cheaper and at the same time do not want to then have problems with the attachments.

Kolich The most interesting thing is that the basic equipment seems to be the same, according to the description.
Pinky
Alexander Light1 So I just want it - by New mail cash on delivery. And they, tricky ones, want an advance payment (this is where the cheapest is). Probably, I will not save a hundred, I will take a little more, but with payment upon receipt. And it’s all the same stupid to pump such money in advance into a completely unfamiliar company.

Believe me, it is easier to order this kitchen machine from Germany .... and it will be cheaper and more reliable.

Maybe it's cheaper and more reliable ... But I can't make orders from foreign sites. At one time, when my husband and I lived there, there was no such equipment yet, and I have no acquaintances there. So this option is not for me, alas. : (I will order on the spot. Actually, I would have ordered it already, but the holidays have prevented it. Now, on Monday, I will place an order.

if you have a desire, then I could help bring this car from Germany, I already have a familiar seller there who sold me my KM070, he will deduct the tax on the spot, which will further reduce the cost of the machine. this is a better option than giving money to our hucksters ...

Kolich Oh, thanks for such a tempting offer! Only I live in Ukraine, and you are in Russia. Sending the combine to me will probably significantly overshadow everything that can be saved on price.
Of course, I would like to know how much this machine would cost me together with a dough sheeter and a meat grinder. If you have the opportunity to find out, I will be very grateful. Write to me in a personal, otherwise my financial issues clog up Temka

a reference to what?
here is my friend's site roeglin.tv
no, do not worry, such crap does not interest mail, believe me)))) and it packs the parcels correctly !!!! this is the most important aspect for 100% receipt and not losing the goods, my kenwood three parcels went to me two of them accessories were sent by express and the machine itself was by standard mail in RUSSIA, much worse than this mail, I don’t know the principle, and everything went) safe and sound) ) was sealed there so that the mosquito of the nose will not undermine. As for accessories, I will have to order for you personally from ibey to the address of this colleague of mine, he will form and send in one package in one package, and by the way send links to accessories to find out their cost.

I want to share my joy! Today my husband bought a sieve for wiping and an ice cream maker for 010 Kenwood model. He searched all online stores and there was no sieve anywhere, but by a happy coincidence he bought it from Media Markt. Now is the berry season and for me it was the number one Wishlist, and the ice cream maker is a nice addition for children. I started to read about the ice cream maker!

Nikolay, for your "beast" is suitable: Kenwood Ice cream attachment Kenwood AT957A for Major, because the volume of your bowl is 6.7 liters.

The only thing I can’t understand is why this cannot be done in a regular bowl ???? what is so cunning in it that makes it a prerequisite for its presence?

The structure of the ice cream maker resembles a "bucket with a wipe attachment". Only the "sieve" is put into the freezer, and the bucket (plastic bowl) remains on the table.
I have not yet held my ice cream maker in my hands, because my husband will bring it to my dacha at the weekend.

then we are waiting for a photo report from you or at least a brief summary of your impressions about this ice maker ...
to be honest, its purpose is not entirely clear to me, because you can "knead" ice cream in an ordinary bowl .... or am I mistaken?
aleno4chka
Hello! You can also knead (more precisely, beat) in a regular bowl. Only then will you have to stir it every 30 minutes - 1 hour in the freezer. And a cup from the ice cream maker itself allows you to make an already partially frozen ice cream. It turns out like soft ice cream.
Pilgrim73
I don’t promise a photo report, because I don’t UNDERSTAND how to insert a photo from an iPad (I even asked for help on the forum, but so far no one answered), but of course I will share my impressions.

for my time I remember that it is impossible to insert pictures from the west in this way, but maybe something was changed in the 5th version of the firmware, I'll take it from my wife and look ...I'll let you know if that .... I'm not a fan of epl technology, although I have to deal with it a lot at work)) (repairing, etc.)

Check out the videos on this attachment. Everyone is right - the nozzle itself consists of two bowls, one of which is frozen in the freezer, it is in it that the ice cream mass is added and mixing takes place in it. During this stirring, the bowl gives the frost to the mass. Well, the second bowl is external, a bowl with a refrigerant is installed in it) Something like this)))) If you love to cook and love ice cream, then, undoubtedly, the right thing. I am very glad that I have it, now I make ice cream two or three times a week) It remains only to buy pistachio syrup and I will have pistachio ice cream)))))

and where is it generally put and what kind of thing is such a coolant, what does it look like and where to buy it? )) does he not come with this attachment? I thought with this nozzle there is a stupid kneading and no more, but it turns out that it also freezes the mass itself? oo

Kalmykova
Kolich! The ice-cream bowl is filled with refrigerant inside (as in cold accumulators for refrigerator bags), it freezes in the freezer and, during the cooking process, gives cold to the workpiece, which is whipped separately in advance.
Kasha
Forget about the refrigerant) In the Ice Cream Maker attachment, the mass is freezing and that's it) The bowl itself is first frozen in the freezer, which then allows the cold to be transferred to the mass. All) you do not need to buy anything extra.
You don't have to buy an ice cream maker, but then you need to stir the mass in the freezer every 15-30 minutes, as already mentioned.
Kalmykova
It just doesn't work out in the freezer the way it does in an ice maker.
Kasha
Yes) It seems to me that this airiness disappears and the chance to meet ice floes in the finished ice cream increases)))
I did not regret at all that I bought it) Especially in the summer
Pilgrim73
And as a bonus, the presence of a second bowl, I always missed it, in one you make the dough, in the other you beat the whites !!!
