Cut the butter or margarine into slices and leave on the table until completely soft. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the proteins in the refrigerator.
Grind two yolks with a tablespoon of granulated sugar, add soft butter and flour and knead the dough. Then put the dough into the mold (you don't need to grease it with oil), put the dough on the bottom, distribute it in the shape, raising the sides high. It turns out a bowl of dough. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown.

We take out the finished cake from the oven, and while it cools down a little, beat the chilled proteins into a strong foam.
