Ingredients

yolks 3 pcs
sugar 80 g
butter 140 g
flour 200 g
zest with 1 lemon
vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Knead butter at room temperature, yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add lemon zest, flour and quickly knead the dough. Lightly moisten your hands with water, make 20 balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet. In the middle of each ball, make a depression and put a cherry in it. Bake at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished cookies with icing sugar.

Note
