Ingredients

Fresh cabbage
Fresh sweet pepper
Canned celery
Vegetable oil
Greens, green onions

Cooking method

  • It was possible to add onions, but scalded beforehand to remove bitterness and strong taste.
  • Finely chopped vegetables on a grater, added a drop of salt and kneaded well with your hands to make them a little softer. I added celery, herbs, green onions and vegetable oil - mixed everything.

Since autumn I have preserved tuberous celery. I cut it into thin strips and canned it in the marinade. For a long time, celery stood unclaimed, everyone doubted what to cook from it? I made up my mind - I opened the jar and tried it!
Such canned celery is perfect for adding and flavoring unleavened vegetables - cabbage, peppers, seaweed and other vegetables.
I tried adding celery to seaweed and it turned out to be a great option.
