Pepper stuffed with vegetables, meat and creamy gravy

Ingredients

Sweet pepper
Chopped meat
Boiled rice
Salt

I fry the rest of the pepper in oil
Gravy:

Cooking method

  • Well, let me remind you briefly:
  • I combine everything in a bowl, mix, stuff the pepper with this mixture.
  • I put the stuffed peppers in a baking dish, put vegetables around the edges for gravy, pour 20% cream to almost completely cover the pepper.
  • I put it in a cold oven at 200 * C, after heating the oven + 10 minutes, then I reduce the temperature to 170 * C and bring it to readiness.
  • Travel time is approximately 1.30 hours. There were 5 large peppers in the mold.

  • This is how the peppers look in finished form - they are well baked on top!

The second part of the peppers (2 pieces) I specially cooked in the Airfryer.
Two peppers with gravy were cooked in the AG for 65 minutes. The result is the same, only in the AG the gravy evaporated more and baked from close contact with the ten.

I testify: peppers in two versions of baking - in the oven and in the AG - turned out to be worthy of taste!
