  • Today we will prepare a Tyrolean tournedo.
  • 1. Potatoes can be baked in the oven or deep-fried. I choose the latter option because the oven is still needed for meat and croutons. Fry potatoes whole or sliced, depending on size.

  • 2. We cut the meat across the fibers about 1 cm thick. I got 10 pieces. So the baguette will also need 10 pieces. We cut the baguette and cut off the crust. Put in the oven for 5 minutes - dry slightly.

Mix chopped parsley (in the end it seemed superfluous to me, it interrupts the taste of ginger and horseradish a little), grated ginger and horseradish (I had it grated with beet juice).
