A very successful salad for the first spring kebabs, when there are still no "real, ground" fresh vegetables. While we make a fire, fry the meat, the salad has time to brew.

Cabbage and carrot salad

~ 300 gr young cabbage
2 large carrots
a bunch of dill
salt
unrefined vegetable oil

Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Since young cabbage is very tender, and raw carrots are somewhat rough, I fill it with boiling water for 5-7 minutes. It does not have time to cook, but it becomes softer.
Chop the cabbage very finely, chop the dill, mix everything, salt and mash vigorously with your hands. Season with oil and let stand for about an hour.
