Avocado salad with Caesar dressing

Ingredients

Ripe avocado 1
Green lettuce mixture 50 gr.
Fresh tomato 1
Bulb onions 1/2 medium onion
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Caesar refueling 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the avocado, cut into slices, pour with lemon juice. We cut the onion to remove excess bitterness, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces. We mix everything and fill Caesar's dressing
