Cabbage rolls A la rolls

Ingredients

Chinese cabbage 6-7 leaves
walnuts 100 g
hard cheese 100 g
loaf 3 slices
carrot 1 PC.
garlic 1-2 cloves
mayonnaise 3 table. spoons
dill bunch
boiled eggs 2 pcs.
salt taste
pepper taste
toothpicks 7 pcs.
pomegranate seeds for decoration
oil drain. or grows for frying

Cooking method

  • We separate several leaves from the swing, about 6-7 pcs. We cut off the thick part from each sheet. Grind it, and set the rest aside.
  • Finely chop the dill, leaving a couple of twigs for decoration. Fry croutons in oil, set aside. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Add half to chopped cabbage, set aside half.
  • Chop the walnuts, chop the eggs, three carrots on a fine grater, crush the garlic through a garlic press, add all this to the cheese and cabbage, add the dill and season the salad with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • We take a leaf of cabbage, which we have set aside, put a salad on the leaf with a tablespoon and wrap it in a roll, one end of which the roll will stand on a plate, fill it inside the roll, pierce the roll with a toothpick so that it does not turn around and put it on a plate.
  • We do this with each sheet.
  • When we start decorating all the rolls on the plate. On each roll, lay out a few crackers, cheese and stick in a sprig of dill. To prevent the twig from falling, we support it with a crouton. Put 2-3 pomegranate seeds on top. Put the rest of the croutons around the rolls. They can be jammed, you can put them in rolls, if you serve them right away, if they stand with breadcrumbs inside, then the breadcrumbs will damp. Bon Appetit!
