The dough stood in the cold for 4 hours, rose well.In my work I will not say that it is directly pliable, but normal) But the result was very pleased) It becomes completely weightless in baking! Soft, fluffy, lovely) The disadvantage is not enough !!!)) I will still bake, just a double portion)
It turned out one cabbage pie and 2 small pies. And 1 large apple pie. I didn't have time to try it - swept it off the plate until I turned away))
