But in any case, the taste is excellent, beautiful, ruddy, took a picture, but I don't know how to put it here, out of 15 pies there are 3 pieces left, they will return in the evening, and those will not be ...))

p. from. I have a convection oven, baked at temp. 200 degrees - 20 minutes, immediately blushed, had to be covered with foil, can you tell me what to do? can bake at a lower temperature? and how many minutes? share your experience

The only thing I will point out to some remarks is that no one would do the same as me - it seemed to me a lot of flour, I put 2 tablespoons of kefir (thick), it became liquid, I added flour. The pies turned out to be excellent, but strictly according to the recipe better !! so I do not recommend improvisation. I baked in the morning before work, and did not put on proofing, also a minus, no gag! it turned out delicious, I was praised here at work, but .... the first time is more beautiful. I will bake only according to this recipe, I liked it so much !!
