And another recipe for a pie that I recently baked:

CHEESE PIE WITH MINCES in MV

100 grams = 275 kcal

Multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000

Minced meat - 200 grams,
Salt to taste
Garlic - 3 cloves - 12 grams

Cheese - 100 grams,
Egg - 2 pieces
Mayonnaise - 170 grams,
Flour - 200 grams
Baking powder - ½ tables. spoons - only in the second half of the dough
Vegetable oil for lubrication saucepans - 1 tbsp. l. - 8 grams

Salt minced meat, pepper, add grated garlic.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the egg, mayonnaise and flour. You will get a thin dough.
Pour ½ part of the cheese dough into Mulechka, put the minced meat on it, and add ½ tablespoon of baking powder to the second part. Mix and spread the second half of the dough over the minced meat.
(Why so? It happened to me by accident, I forgot to add baking powder, I added it to the second part. And it turned out cool. The lower part came out fried, and the upper part was airy. Very tasty!)
Bake on "Frying Vegetables" with the lid closed but the valve open for 50-60 minutes.

Good day. Summer is coming to an end and the summer cottage too. Now I'm cooking again in our Mula.

Chicken meatballs with pumpkin.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000

What do you need
* large onion - 2 pcs;
* carrots - 1 pc;
* pumpkin-500 gr;
* chicken breast-2 pcs;
* dried bread - 4 slices;
* egg - 1 pc;
* cream 20% or whatever - 3 tbsp. l;
* salt, pepper, spices - to taste;

Cooking
1) Cut one onion in half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour about 500 ml of water into a saucepan and add vegetables there. Salt, put bay leaf and 1 tbsp. l. rast. oils. We put MV on VD for 2 minutes. We are preparing the vegetable broth in which we will make our meatballs. When MV relieves pressure, you need to get out the bay leaf and beat the vegetables with a blender (without fanaticism). Our sauce is ready. Add water if necessary.
2) While the sauce is being prepared, we make minced chicken. Scroll pumpkin, onion and bread there through a meat grinder. Then add the egg, cream, salt, spices to taste into the mixture. Mix everything well and leave for 10-15 minutes.
3) When our sauce is cooked, gently lay out our meatballs with a spoon. I cooked some of the meatballs in a steam basket, pre-greased it with rast. oil.
4) Turn on the ND program, time is 4 minutes. Do not bleed off steam. Any side dish.
Fast and easy. Bon Appetit.

Girls, today I made vegetable stew with sausage on the Stew mode. I liked it very much. First, I fried the onions with carrots and tomatoes in the Frying mode, then threw in cabbage, potatoes, zucchini, chopped sausage, salt and pepper, mixed everything, closed it with a simple lid from the frying pan and switched to the Stewing mode. I didn’t go up to our little girl anymore. After 45 minutes I turned it off. Everything was ready and there was no need to interfere.

good day everyone! I'm new. We presented a mulinex multicooker to the DR, and I'm a little confused. For the first time I cooked a chicken breast with steamed vegetables, focusing on a similar recipe from a recipe book.

To do this, I fried pieces of chicken breast and onions in the frying mode. while it was all fried, cut vegetables (potatoes, carrots, green peppers and paprika) into large squares. put the vegetables in the steaming basket.

I added honey, soy sauce, mustard to the fried chicken by eye, salted, pepper, mixed, then chopped a large tomato finely, added it there, to the chicken, and covered it all with herbs (dill, parsley). put a basket of vegetables on top. left to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Yes, I added another 100 milligrams or less of vegetable broth to the bowl. Overall, it turned out delicious. Steamed vegetables without salt and everything turned out to be very tasty, besides, there was enough sauce, which was obtained when cooking chicken breast. the breast was boiled, soft, even fried a little. I think that 6-7 minutes of VD is enough. I won't say anything about the proportions, I cooked for myself alone, and threw everything to the eye.

but now I have a question. In the morning I wanted to cook an omelet with zucchini, and steam the sausages on top. It was disgusting, because I do not understand these modes. Is braising suitable for making omelettes? What does open lid mean? and then, I could not set the time for the extinguishing mode. In general, I'm dull. Prompt, the sequence of pressing the buttons, if not difficult.
xoxotyshka
Haykaposya, welcome and with the purchase of you !!!! For example, I cook an omelet in a suitable form (larger volume, since the omelet will increase) in a steam basket and a side of sausages. In a saucepan 1 glass of water, set the Low Pressure mode for 2 minutes. All the omelet is ready. Whether the Stewing mode is suitable for omelettes - I don't know, I didn't cook.
Open lid - you do not turn the handle, i.e. the lid can be lifted. If you turn the handle towards you, the lid will close.
In the Extinguishing mode, the time is not set, the programmed time is 1.5 hours.
Haykaposya, here is a table of contents for recipes for our Muli https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=145131.0
aikaposya
Laughing girl, thank you for your prompt reply! I also thought that an open lid is without snapping. This means that you will need to buy a separate mold for the omelet, like for cupcakes, if steamed. I thought that, according to the principle of a casserole, you can cook it in a bowl.

In any case, I am glad that I found a forum specifically for Mulinex MinitKuk, otherwise our "assistant" is special, in the net you will not find information everywhere.
xoxotyshka
Aikaposya, if cooked in a silicone form or in any other form, then it must be well greased with oil, otherwise the omelet will stick.

In the topic about recipes for our saucepan, there is a video about another multicooker (baked milk video post 792,794). They cooked in a pot there. Is it possible with us? And I didn't quite understand about porridge: milk only in half with water, or what?
marinastom
Quote: kubanochka

Of course, you can cook in a pot in our Mule.
And the mode: VD or ND? After all, we do not have a "porridge" regime.
kubanochka
marinastom, I cook almost everything on VD. I still have another pressure cooker, such as the one in the video clip, so there is no division at all into HP and LP. Although ... yesterday I cooked buckwheat on LP for 5 minutes and immediately released the pressure. By and large, my personal opinion is that there is no particular difference between VD and ND.
marinastom
Please tell me.
She was making soup now. Since the meat (veal) was out of the freezer, I didn't dare to go straight to the MV - it boiled on the stove, and only then, as it strained, it was poured into Multiu. Or maybe in vain? I was just afraid that the foam would climb the boiling field.
tana33
marinastom, foam does not climb))))
I immediately put the meat in the mule from the freezer and pour it with boiling water from the kettle, so that it boils faster and the pressure gains))))
irman
And I immediately fry the onions and carrots, then let the meat here a little bit. The protein in the meat curls up and there is no foam. And then I throw it all over and fill it with hot water.

I also do this, just the time for frying vegetables and stewing meat is used to prepare the following products, such as potatoes, cereals, spices, water)))

Hello everyone, can you tell me where you can buy a bowl for this device in Russia?

Suitable bowls from ARC.
irman
And from the Lendlife series YBW (metallic).
hlebopek
irman It turns out that you can put a bowl with a bronze-ceramic coating in it? Have you tried to cook in it yourself? how is she?

It turns out that the seal from LL is suitable?
irman
I have a non-stick pan from Landlife, I did not order a seal. But from ARC the seal is just. I bought it along with the pan.
hlebopek
and where to order a seal for ARC?
irman
On the ARC website
tana33
from LL the seal fits, checked)))))

yes, bronze ceramic

does it mean that both the bowl and the rubber band can be replaced with landlife?

I have it, too, golden, but that bronze-ceramic I did not know. I like the bowl.
hlebopek
Its main advantage is safety, a disadvantage - with a sharp change in temperature, the coating can become covered with microcracks (after cooking, you do not need to drag the bowl right under the tap, let it cool down)
irman
I cook in it for only 2 months, while there is not a single scratch.

you can, I bought a bowl and an elastic band, I use it successfully)))

As for using the bowl, the roast sticks slightly, but not critical, I really like
Buy another one

I make baked goods in our saucepan, carcass in LL, and steamed soups in Arsovsky. They have a steamer with a bowl. ARC made of stainless steel.

Hello everybody!!! I just bought this miracle device, yesterday they delivered it))) in the morning the porridge did not work out very well ((burnt (((but the meat turned out to me)))

Or you can link to suitable thickets and rubber bands, otherwise I am choosing right now

If you are from Moscow, you can go to the Multicooker. org to apply. There are also rubber bands and pans with bronze ceramics.
Antonovka
hlebopek,
Alexander, I need links to those pots and rubber bands that fit Mulka - I'm afraid to make a mistake. Or do they know there?
hlebopek
It seems to me that Land Life produces only one type of pots and gums, which are suitable for Moulinex too.

I think that if you are so worried, then you should probably come to their office with a pressure cooker and try it on (having previously agreed).

here is my pancake lumpy (((cooked wheat porridge (not millet, but small), yesterday the forum could not be read ... well, so, I decided to put the ND 3 minutes .. but the trick is that it did not start (( (but there were 6 glasses of milk ... how so .. I don't understand
hlebopek
It did not start, there was no pressure. Check the valve, the seal and the seat of the seal against the bowl - everything should be clean and smooth.

When heated, did steam come from somewhere?

I ordered at random in general)))) because there was an opportunity to immediately attach a bowl to LL users
just called a 6L bowl, for a new model pressure cooker)))))
there is a photo in the pressure cooker section, click on the new model, there are a number of photos and among them a photo of a bowl)))
the rubber bands are all the same, their displacement depends only on the height of the pressure cooker, the diameter is the same for all

today the porridge did not work out again, did not gain pressure ... no, the porridge eventually boiled, but all the same ... I decided to carry out an experiment, poured water and turned it on, everything is fine, the pressure has accumulated ... then what is wrong with porridge, I don't understand

Hello, girls and boys, they gave me a cartoon for others, I have already cooked meat in it, without any frills, blinded it from what was - beef, onions, carrots, tomatoes, herbs, seasonings, and fried it on high pressure for 30 minutes , meat can be swallowed without chewing, despite the fact that beef.
Then I cooked borsch, meat for half an hour on high pressure with broth, then cabbage with beets on high pressure for 5 minutes, then everything else on low pressure for 15 minutes (pre-fried carrots, onions, tomatoes, and potatoes), delicious.
I used the cartoon for 2 days in total, I read from this on your forum that when releasing steam, you need to put a damp towel on it, not let off steam at once, but let it stand for 10 minutes, pour hot water in order to gain pressure faster. Only I didn’t understand why we needed other buttons other than 2 buttons - VD and ND - what to cook on them? It is much easier to fry in a regular frying pan than to assemble and disassemble the device, simmer the same thing in a saucepan, if the same time turns out ...

And another question - you were treated to apples, teach you how to make jam out of them
Antonovka
karnak,
In the pulled out saucepan, closer to the top, there are convex pimples () - here the steamer is placed on them
Antonovka
karnak,
And in the steamer there are holes passing through these bumps - so you need to turn the steamer so that the holes do not pass through the bumps :))
karnak
Quote: Antonovka

I found everything, I rode for lunch on purpose

What about apple jam-jam-jam? have any experience in the cartoon? If, for example, it is stupid to cut apples and cover them with sand, and put on some kind of pressure for 15 minutes, what kind of miracle will happen?
karnak
Can you please tell me how to cook properly on LP? in which position should the valve be closed or open?
Antonovka
With pressure always cover and valve db. closed - otherwise the pressure cooker will not gain pressure
