Cake "Zest"

glass 250 ml

Dough

2 cups raisins (I took the dark one)
1 cup of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1.5 cups milk
3 eggs
1 tea spoon of salt
3 cups flour +3 tsp baking powder
The dough is liquid.
The author of the recipe suggested grinding raisins in a meat grinder or blender. I don't know exactly how she did it, but my blender went through a real shock and instantly began to overheat, trying to grind this dense, viscous mass. So I advise you to mix the eggs with raisins and beat this mixture with a blender.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, salt to the mixture, mix. Add flour and baking powder and stir again. Cover the bowl with the dough with foil and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Line a 26 cm dish with baking paper. With a ladle, pour part of the dough into a mold (about one and a half ladle per cake), spread on paper and bake for 10 minutes at t ° 180-200 °. You should get 6 cakes. I have 4, since I made the first two cakes too thick - I did not immediately decide on the amount of dough for 1 cake.
The cakes fit well and remain soft after baking.

Cream

0.5 kg of soft (creamy) fat-free cottage cheese
2 jars of 250 g vanilla 10% yogurt
0.5 cups sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 sachets of cream fixer

Mix sugar with fixer. Beat cottage cheese and yogurt with a mixer, gradually adding sugar.

Grease the cakes, sides and top of the cake with cream and leave the cake to soak for at least 12 hours not in the refrigerator.
The cake is very easy to prepare and, mind you, completely fat-free!
Well, not "Napoleon", of course, but delicious!
