Cooking method

  • I want to share a recipe for a simple, tasty cake.
  • Dough:
  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla / vanilla sugar, I do this either with a whisk in a bowl or with a fork, add slaked soda and flour
  • Cake tidbit Cake tidbit
  • Mix everything, the dough turns out like thick sour cream. I knead in parallel in 2 bowls, pour immediately into 2 molds d = 22 cm, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour (this so that later I do not bother with dividing equally)
  • Bake at t-180aboutFrom 25-30 minutes. These are the cakes.

  • Impregnation

  • Bring the water to a boil, add sugar, cook until it dissolves, remove from heat, add a pinch of citric acid. Cool down.
  • Cream:
  • Beat the condensed milk with butter and yogurt (any drinkable). This time I took non-drinking yogurt, well, without waiting for it to get warm, I burst into cream, naturally the cream went grains ... I made it shorter ...
  • here is a cream with drinking yogurt, or rather, not even with yogurt, but with a snowball
  • Cake tidbit
  • And I took this one for this cake:
  • Cake tidbit
  • With this I liked it more, but if it were also at room temperature
  • Assembly:
  • We cut each cake into two parts, soak in syrup, coat with cream, and grease the sides and top with this cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
  • Cake tidbit
  • Enjoy your tea!

What a delicate and delicious cake! It looks like creme brulee. I'll have to try to bake

Alyona, and yogurt (or "snow") should be taken sweet? And if you add fruit yogurt (for example, as in the picture - strawberry), will there be a filler flavor in the cream?

Yes, there is a fruity / berry note, so I took a snowball, because it is without additives
In general, of course, if there is no sweet yogurt, for example, homemade, I think it will be better, because the impregnation is very sweet and sweet cream, and so there will be less sweets
