Cooking method

  • In a small saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the sugar and cocoa, add milk, stir, add margarine, bring everything together to a boil. Cool (just to prevent the eggs from curdling).
  • Beat eggs slightly, add to the chocolate mass. Mix. Add flour with baking powder, raisins. The dough is liquid.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared mold (I baked in a silicone one) and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  • The cupcake is juicy and smells like chocolate.
  • This time I made this cupcake with adventures. For some reason, it came out of my form in parts - top separately, bottom separately. Either I was in a hurry and didn't let him "sweat", or my uniform didn't stand the test of the dishwasher. However, the cupcake had to be saved.
  • I turned the upper part into crumbs, mixed with 200 grams of sour cream. She dissolved a bag of gelatin in 200 ml of cream and mixed with sour cream crumbs. Stir it well and put the cream on the remaining bottom. Sprinkled on top with white chocolate (plates).
  • It turned out to be a funky cake.

I cut the cake into 4 parts, soaked it in the sauce and only then with horror noticed that the sauce is a component of the cream.
