Can you replace brown sugar with regular sugar? And if so, how much do you need?
GruSha
Lydia
put as much as brown
Lydia
GruSha, thanks, otherwise I froze in front of the words "brown sugar" like a savage in front of a gramophone.

: flowers: GruSha Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Today I came home from work and something wanted to bake something tasty! Girls are something, soft, fluffy, and even pieces of chocolate come across. I added bitter chocolate and poured cognac over the cherry (now in Ashan they sell small bottles of cognac for 60 rubles, very even for baking). A friend was given this recipe, so she now makes them every other day.

Why cocoa?

AlenaT
And then they will probably be sooooo chocolate !!)))
AlenaT
And the cup is probably meant - 250 ml?
Or 240?
doroncevae
I think 240ml. The recipe contains 240 ml of milk, and, in the line below, it says "cup".

GruSha, tell me and paper cups for baking, just put the dough in them and in the oven, or is it all the same in a muffin pan so that it doesn't stick? Like baking paper ....
