Garlic 4 + 2 large teeth
Fragrant olive oil

Cooking method

  • 1. We clean the potatoes, cut them into 8 pieces, rinse them, put them on a sieve or a colander - let them dry out by themselves (so that later they do not stick together too much)

  • 2. In Turbo mode, heat the olive oil for 1-2 minutes, add 3-4 coarsely chopped garlic cloves and lightly fry to let the aroma into the oil

  • In Turbo mode, there comes a moment when the Cuckoo stops frying hard, slowing down, it prepares to release steam, this cannot be overlooked
  • If you did not have time to fry the mushrooms to your favorite state, then click "Cancel" and start Turbo on a new one.
  • But my whole roasting was done in 1 Turbo cycle.

  • 4. Pour in potatoes, salt and mix well to soak in oil.
  • 5. Close the lid and start the mode again Turbo
  • 6. Without water, this mode will work for 11-12 minutes, after releasing steam, open it, cut the remaining garlic, gently stir so that the top layer now falls down.
  • 7. And the second time we bet on Turbo.

  • That's it, the potatoes are ready, the bottom is delicious and elegantly baked, there is practically no moisture on the lid, we try, what if we came across some harmful potato variety and did not have time to cook?

Note

The amount of products is quite important - if you throw over the excess, then the potatoes will come out more boiled than baked

The recipe indicates the proportions that gave a good result, of course - less is possible, and more - we get stewed.

Uniquely fast, I didn't even expect - 2 times in a row Turbo mode in Kukushka I worked in total in 24 minutes !!!
