Fried cabbage with steamed eggs

Ingredients

Cabbage
Tomato sauce
Salt
Condiments

Cooking method

  • 0. Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of a saucepan.

  • 1. Shred the cabbage and put it in a saucepan up to the 10 mark or slightly higher.

  • 2. We put on the program "Multipovar" on 15 minutes.

  • 3. As the steam is discharged, immediately opened and stirred.

  • 4. Next, select "High pressure" - Start

  • 5. Through 10 minutes forcibly turn off, salt, mix and add seasonings, tomato, meat gravy - who loves what.

  • 6. Again "High pressure" - and turn it off after 10 minutes.

  • It turns out exactly fried cabbage!

  • You can serve with scrambled eggs:

  • Steamed fried eggs (such as poached eggs)

  • I have already been presented with a Klatronic egg cooker for the New Year.
  • I put silicone muffin molds in it - in 5 minutes 2 eggs were ready!
  • The taste is the most delicate!

  • Bon appetit

Note

If you do not bother too much - stewed-boiled cabbage with a large remaining liquid in the Cuckoo is obtained without problems.
I tried several times on different programs - she's too steamy.

And so I still wanted to screw my head up and get exactly the fried version.
The whole cooking procedure in Kukushka took 35 minutes - plus or minus a couple of minutes for stirring and adding spices.
In Panasonic it took 1 hour to put out + 30 minutes to Plov.
That is, saving time in Cuckoo is real

julifera, Thank you, delicious cabbage, I will definitely try it, I love these dishes. And eggs in silicone molds are great for a couple in MV.

Tanyulya - Is it some kind of special device-steamer for your mikra?
In the microwave, it will probably be ready in a minute.

I forgot one more thing.

With this combination of programs, the juiciness and softness of the cabbage matters:
if it does not have time to crush the Multi Cook in 15 minutes, then it can burn later on High pressure.

Then:
- either keep at High pressure for less than 10 minutes
- or give more time to Multicook

It's just that I have a very juicy cabbage - it was only in this way to achieve moisture evaporation.

Cook a couple of times - and you can find your optimal time variant both in hardness and in the amount of remaining liquid.

Tanyulya - Is it a special device-steamer for your mikra?
In the microwave, it will probably be ready in a minute.
In a MV multicooker, I steam for 6-7 minutes on a steam plate, in silicone molds.
In the microwave, I have such as special cups there for 40 seconds to cook. But in a multi-cooker it tastes better.

Fried cabbage turns out well in the mode Turbo... I also put a full pot, Turbo, open, stir, one more time Turbo.
In addition to onions and carrots, I really like cabbage red bell pepper.

Julifera, I went broke on just such a micra:

The thing is awesome. There are a lot of useful functions. I still haven't mastered everything.

Cool, especially impressive is its chic property - to heat up to a given temperature!
I wonder if this feature is for all modes? Or just for microwaves?

If you can also install this for the oven, then cook eggs - without stress at all:
- knowing the readiness temperature of the yolk - 68 C (the protein will be ready at 62 C), put it on the oven with steam until t = 69 C - these are ideal conditions for the readiness of the whole egg!
Only without microwaves - in addition to not exploding, vitamins will also be more whole

1. About couples:
You can defrost with steam humidification, Defrost food more evenly, and not like in old models - it has already been cooked on top, frozen inside.
A good function of cooking dishes with steam (simultaneously microwave + steam).
It can also be heated with steam humidification. Great for cheesecakes, pastries, rolls, donuts, stale bread.
You can add steam humidification at any stage of cooking, for example, the oven, and at the end, so that there is no hard baked crust, add steam humidification. They write that it is possible even after grilling, but I don’t understand why this is necessary. It is grilled for this purpose and is created to get a golden brown crust.
Steam temperature is not regulated.
About the grill. It's pretty powerful. You can set the grill + microwave mode (the microwave power can be adjusted in any mode from 200 W to 1 kW). It turns out pretty quickly and with a baked crust.
About the oven. Bakes very well. But the temperature is regulated from 110 to 220. The maximum temperature required for puff pastry is 240-260. I bake at 220, it rises well. I haven’t had time to try the meringue oven yet (I need 90-100), but I have at least 110. Steamed eggs will not work in the oven.
There are also 7 automatic cooking programs: vegetables, porridge, fried. chicken, biscuit, etc. You set the weight of the product, micra automatically selects the cooking time. I haven't used them yet.
But with the sensor, not everything is so good. There is a function "Touch warming up"It heats food at room temperature well, but for a long time. To accurately heat it to the desired temperature, you often need to open the door and stir it, the dishes must be wide. But it heats from the refrigerator for so long that I don't use this mode. set temperature only on one mode - microwaves. Heats from -10 to +90. The dough settles well. I heat the milk for yoghurt to +35. I leave it in the microwave. The temperature drops slowly, I do this twice. The yogurt turns out excellent.
Another advantage. The glass plate is not round, but a rectangular shape all over the bottom. This increases the internal usable volume. And it doesn't spin.

Larissa, the microwave is good, I have been using this for 3 years already.
But, girls, this is in other topics.
