Leonid545, if there is convection, then seven, four is without convection, "comfort" says the truth, 7 temperature positions are written in the instructions for 1550 and are listed in the order in which I wrote and on the title page in the picture nothing is visible at all
Leonid545
I posted the photo from the one downloaded from the Germans in the format .pdf instructions. In the instructions sent by "comfort" by e-mail, the same photo. And all the instructions, first in German-English, then another, I looked through in Russian. And the prehistory is this: I found this stove on Ozone. They had 2 photos BG 1550: one photo - 4 functions., second photo - 7 functions. I called them, asked about 2 different photos for the one they sold BG 1550... They answered that they would figure it out and call me back. As a result, they removed the photo with 7 (!) Functions, left one with four, and called back: look now, this BG 1550 for sale. As a result, I am inclined to believe you and "comfort", although it is more convenient to buy in Ozone - free delivery, payment from a bank card. By the way, you can look at the Ozone oven and see the photo.
selenа
Leonid545, but in the description "Ozone" writes - "convection, grill", order at Ozone, and if it’s crap, just don’t take it, only then you have to pay in cash, upon delivery, to the courier, Ozone with its sales volumes can "float" exactly the information
Leonid545

Hello everyone, hello, selenа... Ordered today BG 1550 on "Ozone". By the way, the last stove. Delivery in Moscow is free, the courier accepts payment by credit card. They should like to bring it tomorrow, but not a fact, they haven't called yet. If interested, I will write about it when they bring it and deal with it.
selenа
Leonidcertainly very interesting, boom waiting for news
Leonid545
Hello Forum, hello Hope... Finally I got BG 1550 from "Ozone". And you are absolutely right about everything. The stove has 7 operating modes, and Ozone "floats" in the product information. And in the end, our stoves with you are identical in functionality, and you wrote everything about the stove. And I don't even know what else to add (it's too early for me to write about baking or roasting in the oven). Therefore, Thank you very much, Hope for the answers and comments about Ozone and the stove.

I bought Simfer m3220, and in two weeks I already handed it over for repair. The handle is melted and does not hold, the spruce shades are kept on latches, especially the top one. More than a week under repair. They say that they sent photos and videos to Simfer and are waiting for a response, and that usually this is not a warranty case ... They say this is due to the fact that the client sets the temperature to 260 degrees.

The handle is melted and does not hold,
mvin, yes a difficult case. The handle can only melt at very high temperatures. Although in some stoves the real temperature does not correspond to the set one. There is such a marriage (it is rare). And you could check this drawback at home by putting an independent thermometer (sold in stores) in a still cold stove and turning on, say, 200 degrees. After 10-15 minutes, compare with the temperature on the thermometer, it can show both high and low temperatures. True, in this case, not everything is unambiguous, since it is possible to trust the purchased thermometer. Of course, the handle can also melt due to the inappropriate material of the handle itself, but this is practically impossible or if the door does not close tightly. I have not seen a review on the forum about a melted stove handle. "Google" your stove and reviews in a search engine. Maybe someone had such comments. Now, if your stove gave out an overstated temperature (and you didn't know this, and you didn't have to know) and the handle melted from this, then it would probably be a warranty case. Try asking the workshop to check the temperature regime.

If such a temperature is declared, then the device must withstand it, and if not declared, then the device should not heat up to such a temperature.
mvin
The temperature roughly corresponds to the declared one, measured immediately after purchase. The handle material is highly questionable. A self-tapping screw is screwed into the handle from the inside into the door. Screw this screw and melt the handle. Single glass door. Interestingly, the other end of the handle is okay.

Quote: selenа

Exactly, if according to the instructions it is possible to set 260 degrees, then I have the right to set it and nothing will happen to me for it (even though the pen will melt, at least the ten will burn out, at least it will "short out" in the electric plug or electric wire), after all, in this case did not break anything. It is necessary for the repairmen to show the line from the instructions, with a permitted temperature of 260 degrees (if, of course, there is one) and ask what I have violated.
mvin
I completely agree. The question is what to do with this if they say that the case is not guaranteed. Yes, even if it is repaired ... I think it will burn out again, and the tena shatayuta ... Can I return it? Purchased from Technosila. But two weeks have passed.
selenа

there is no point in leaving such an unreliable device, demand a return and exchange for a new one, Technosila seems to be a normal seller
Mila56

if they say that the case is not guaranteed.
It is difficult to "butt" with "trade" if you do not know what to write, who to write to, where and when to write. You can try to ask for help from the consumer protection department, which is probably in every city, for example, we have it. And they can "spit" on our verbal demands. Try to go with these questions here on the forum in the topic "Legal LikBez", can someone answer. It would be nice to take a conclusion, which indicates on the basis of what this case is not guaranteed or any other paperwork from them. With her you can go to court if necessary. Employees of the department for the protection of consumer rights can help to draw up a statement to the court, and may be able to represent your interests there. I don’t know how well this service works, but if the need arises (in the worst case) you can try this option. This is their duty, but if there are idlers or mediocrities, they will not help.

Yes, if exchanged for another model. I think this model is unreliable.
Yarik
Mikhail, three weeks ago I rented out my simfer 3220 stove, which I also bought in Technosila, my temperature was more than 50 degrees from the declared one, I was in use for 2 months, I wrote a statement, indicated the shortcomings and a refund, and not an exchange, today they called back, Said refund approved. Go ahead and give it up. While I was handing over mine, my grandmother stood next to me and also wanted to hand over hers, also Simfer, but of a different model, complained that all her pastries were on fire. So the stoves are completely unreliable.

Yes, the ideal option is to get your money back. Well, her such a stove is unreliable. I wonder how much money the stove currently costs in retail. This is me to what kind of stove to replace it with a person and preferably in the same price category.
mvin
The stove costs about 4 thousand. It looks like if you change, then you should take a closer look at the German stoves. They are of course more expensive. Hopefully more reliable. Looking closely at Steba and Rommelsbacher

Of course, these stoves are more reliable and, if possible, better than them. And if there is no such opportunity yet, you can choose a cheaper one. Many Rolsen are satisfied. I have it 3026 in operation for 1.5 years, though I don't bake in it often, because there is no one (I live alone), besides I use HP and a very budgetary Miracle oven (electric frying pan with shadows in the lid) and gas oven plates. Sometimes when there are guests and I need a lot of food, I use many devices at the same time. And I'm happy with my stove. And her handle is iron and convection can be turned on whenever you like. and off. But again, I have a small permeability through it, and how it will behave with intensive use is unknown.
mvin
I don't see Rolsen 3036, please specify, exactly 3036?
Mila56
Michael, I was in a hurry and fooled, I described myself. Of course 3026, now I'll correct that answer.
Leonid545
Hello everyone, hello, Hope... Sorry, again questions for you. Does it work for you to maintain the set temperature (say, 180 degrees) in six modes, excluding "Defrosting"? I have only one mode "holding" the temperature - "upper heating element + lower heating element + convection (fan)". The rest of the modes heat the oven to the limit, the heating elements turn red, do not turn off, and the heating element on-off lamp is constantly on. Do you have the same, or do all six modes work with a thermostat?
And the second question is on a different topic. When you bake something out of dough, do you pour water into the baking tray and down?
selenа
Leonid, you asked the problem that I cook everything in the mode you specified
Quote: Leonid545
"upper heating element + lower heating element + convection (fan)".
Sometimes, for a few minutes, I can turn on the grill, or the lower heating element, if the bottom is pale in the pie, but no more, now I’ll figure out what can be cooked in modes without convection, I will cook and report

Quote: Leonid545
do you pour water into the pan-pan, and it is down
no, I don't pour it, for pies and pies I don't need it, usually such "dances with a tambourine" are needed when baking bread for the correct crust, there are even ovens with forced steam, but I don't cook such recipes, realizing, for me and mine ovens are a challenge
Leonid545
Quote: selenа
I can turn on the grill for a few minutes, or the lower heating element
This is casually recalled in the instructions - "for 5 minutes". And I checked the modes: I inserted a grate into the middle of the stove, hung a small temperature sensor on it, connected it to a multimeter and closed the door. I chose 170 degrees to the lower heating element, turned on the stove, and it warmed up for 40 minutes to 220 degrees and did not turn off. The same with convection, the same with the upper heating element. In general, the stove has consumed a lot of electricity, but I found out. But on the mode
"upper heating element + lower heating element + convection" keeps the set temperature plus - minus 10 degrees. And this, I am sure, is specified in the design (the thermostat operates in one mode). Only it is not clear by whom: the Germans or the Chinese. And in the instructions, I repeat, it is not spelled out (!!!).
selenа
Leonid, Now a small piece of meat in foil is baked in the oven at 180 degrees + top / bottom without convection, the algorithm is as follows: heats for 50 seconds, rests for 30 seconds. I ask you not to laugh at my reflections, but probably such a primitive apparatus as a tabletop oven will not be confused, as you (probably with a higher technical education) suppose.I cannot imagine for what dish I would need to heat the oven with only the lower or only the upper heating element , correct the baking of the top-bottom (short-term switching on), this is please, and it should also be borne in mind that the spit works with the upper and lower heating element (this is probably why this mode was invented), and for it (for uniform grilling) the heating element must work constantly (while the chicken is spinning, it cools down) I'm sorry if I wrote nonsense, but that's how I see the situation.
Leonid545
And maybe some volume in the oven must be occupied by the product for the thermostat to work?
Maybe a little heat (roughly speaking) got on the bimetallic plates with contacts, did I check without food? I'm at work now, and tomorrow I'll check everything like you, and then we'll see how much. If it doesn't work, I'll open the lid and figure out the wiring diagram, and then - with the thermostat.
selenа
Leonid, I beg you: sorry: take care of it, cook it for ten days, and then we'll talk
Metodistka
We really need a voluminous stove with a convention. In Russia, I see, the choice is bigger and better. But ... Therefore, I ask you to help with the choice of stoves in Ukraine. What would you advise to take?

Girls, please tell me, does a halogen heater help a lot in a tabletop oven? Or is it not worth overpaying and buying without it?
And does anyone have a thread of the Caucasus oven? What can you say about her?

In my opinion, it makes no difference. Most have ordinary shades in the stoves, including mine. The pastries are excellent.
Masinen
My Bork has a halogen heater, so it gets very hot.
I liked the usual one in Shtebe more, heats up softer)
And you need to be very careful with him. God forbid hitting something, although it is protected there by a net

Maria, Masha, I thought that a halogen heater can be wet wiped (well, from fat, for example, after cooking chicken on a spit). And you can't crawl up to him for these purposes?
Masinen
Yes, it is closed so as not to break it.
It's glass or so fragile.
And that ordinary ten cannot be wiped with a cloth?

It is possible, of course, but it is rough and probably fat stains will remain. I still have them virgin clean.

will not remain, they burn out at 200 gr.
Masinen
And on my Shtebochka they are clean.
I won't try the grill.

I remember in Borok I decided to try the grill mode, so everything was splattered with fat (

He certainly warms more than Shteba, and he has a maximum temperature of 250 g, but there is no convection.
But there is a control of the current temperature and a heating signal when the stove has reached the set temperature.
In general, each stove has its own pros and cons))

Oh, how good, otherwise I was worried about that. Although I remember that we have a two-burner stove at work (for our needs) and it also has shadows (not round pancakes, but in a spiral) visually in old fat spots, but really do not smoke, the fats have burned out long ago.

I, too, didn’t do chicken on a spit, I didn’t want the whole camera to be covered in drops of fat and worried about the purity of the shades (now I’m not going to strain about it). My priority is baking in the oven, for this I took it. Although, according to the first, I made in it something like liver pate, I did not calculate the temperature by setting 175 degrees, and the sunflower oil for lubricating the baking sheet boiled, well, and splattered the entire chamber. I noticed in time and reduced the temperature by 10 degrees. But the reason is not the temperature, but the fact that the oil was poured. And the drops of fat were easily and quickly washed off.

Good day! Please tell me which oven is best suited for baking bread, 28 liters. 🔗 or 35 liters. 🔗?
Evgeniy77
Does the volume, (displacement) of the furnace matter?
Masinen
The height of the oven matters.
You want bread for bread, but bread needs to grow)

Evgeniy77
In the oven that is 28 liters. the height between the upper and lower heating elements is 22 cm, and between the upper heating elements and the grill 18.5 cm, is this height normal?
Masinen
Yes, good height.
How do you bake, in a mold or a hearth?
Evgeniy77
I'm just learning)) I have never baked, so I choose to bake for this.
Masinen
Ahhh, then 28 liters will go to you)

I bake bread all the time and I have a 28 liter oven from another company. The height is similar to yours, everything works out fine)
Evgeniy77
Thank you, then I'll take on 28 liters. and master))
Masinen
Let's! Good luck in your endeavors !!
Evgeniy77
Thank you))
Evgeniy77
I took the Avex TY 280 BCL for 28 liters.
