Took 28 liters. it is more compact (and the sellers praised it strongly). The only thing I look at is the depth of 28cm, it will not be enough)), forms for pizza are somewhere 30 cm in diameter, will not fit anymore. The internal volume of the furnace (Sh.V. G.) 33.5 * 30 * 28 cm.

The day before yesterday I bought a clinker tile (24.5 * 24.5 * 1.5) Weighs 1kg 670g., Instead of a stone, it turned out better, today I bought a Kitchen roll (24 * 10 * 3.5) baking dish and tried to bake in them, warmed up the oven with a tile for 30 minutes ...I put the mold on the hotplate, the temperature on the handle is about 140 C, the thermometer shows 155 C, the time is 30 minutes, the second loaf was baked for 35 minutes at the same temperature, the position of the temperature control knob did not change. The first loaf came out well, very soft, the second loaf a little bit, both were baked well, I am very pleased with the result, the first successfully baked bread !!!

Time 30 min. and a rate of 175 degrees. At 20 minutes, she turned off the upper shadows, since the top began to burn. As a result, in 30 minutes the bottom was burnt, which I removed easily with a fine grater. Next time, I will decrease the time by 5 minutes and decrease the amount of soda.
