Girls, I came to you to share my joy from buying a DEX DMO-300C oven, and perhaps someone can help with the torments of choice. My purchase took place very spontaneously and with lightning speed, I liked the functions, and since the DEX-65 multicooker has made me happy for 2 years, I did not really think about it. I chose between 300 and 420. I preferred the 300th because of the function of separate adjustment of tendencies. Although if I had read this topic before buying, the choice would have been between Dex and Vimar, and it is not known who would have won. Having already read the topic, I realized that the minus in this oven is that convection does not turn off. Well, that's why manufacturers do this, is it really so difficult to attach another button? Well, although I hope that it will perfectly perform its functions and this will not affect the quality of operation. The volume of the oven is 30 liters, there is no backlight. For someone, perhaps this is a significant drawback, for me not, everything is clearly visible, well, in extreme cases, you can shine a flashlight. I was pleased with the equipment: a grill (although I will hardly use it), a wire rack and 2 baking sheets. A big plus 4 levels for baking trays, it is convenient to bake for 2 at once. Also a plus - the height between the shadows is 25 cm. I can only compare it with an oven in a gas stove 20 years ago. It is clear that now there is a complete delight. So far I have used it 3 times, baked potatoes with meat and baked pies and sausages in dough (puff pastry). It browns evenly, well, with temperature and time while I'm playing. In general, the impressions are positive. The truth is confusing one moment, this is the material of the inner chamber. From what - I have not found it anywhere. The recommendations for care warn not to use products that destroy aluminum, do not scratch with sharp objects. Is this the case in all ovens, or is there a more reliable coating?

Eva3, congratulations on your purchase. It is a pity that convection is not turned off. Can you show a photo of the control panel (this is where all the handles are)? Before purchasing my stove, I studied this topic for about 3 months. And only after realizing what operating modes there are in the stove and how they can work, I made my choice in the direction of a stove with switched off convection.

This is a very good height.

Yes, in my Rollsen 3026 they also do not write what the internal is made of. camera. But in appearance it is similar to aluminum. She is over a year old and the camera is fine.
Eva3
🔗 this is the official site. Well, let's hope the coating won't let you down. I would like something like bioceramics (in the microwave for more than 10 years as new) or at least a stainless steel. Well then, the price would probably be sky-high
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
Mila56
Eva3, looked carefully at the stove. It turns out that she has separate temperature control of the upper and lower tens. This is good, of course. And as for the metal from which the camera is made, then for an average-price stove, using an inexpensive one is the norm. Better stoves cost from 10-11 thousand and much higher.
Eva3
Yes, it was the separate adjustment of the tens that outweighed the scales in favor of this model, I immediately wanted the 420th 42 liters. Well, now I'm looking at the size for me, and this one is no longer necessary. Well, with convection, of course, I cannot give an objective assessment whether the shutdown function is needed or not. We will adapt to what we have.
myata
Girls, I came to you for advice, I have been reading the topic for two days and still have not decided on the choice of a mini stove, I have to bake pies, cookies, not too low, budget 5-6 thousand, what to choose ??
Mila56
myata, Olga, and you will buy or subscribe at retail. The assortment is different. We will advise, but not in retail, for example. In retail, it is good that you can touch everything and measure the size between the vechn. and lower shadows. It is these dimensions that are important, but they are not indicated in the descriptions, characteristics. If you want to bake a cake, Easter is big, and when they rise, they can run into the upper shadows and burn. And the depth of the inner chamber is also important for those who love pizza. For example, I have a Rollsen 3026 and my own grille has a size of 26x38 cm, i.e. its depth is 26 cm, and the size is between the top. and lower. tenths of 22 cm. It is desirable that this size is not less. And this means that I can only bake pizza with a diameter of no more than 26 cm. Or bake a biscuit, it will also turn out to be no more than this diameter. My stove is 30 liters and it is better to take no less volume. As for convection. You can do without it without problems. But if it is, then it is very desirable that it can turn on and off at any time. For example, for the New Year, I was already baking a biscuit with a margin (and you can visit with a cake, but for now in the freezer). So the biscuit does not like convection, that is, it is baked without convection. In my stove, you can turn on the top and bottom. shadows without convection. And if I need it, I can turn it on at any time. And in many stoves, when the top and bottom are turned on, convection turns on automatically and cannot be turned off. Look at the control panel on my stove, there are 4 knobs, notice where there is blowing and where the shades are turned on. The blower and the shades have different handles. But this does not mean that you need a Rollsen 3026 stove. There are other decent stoves at your price. And maybe someone gets a biscuit when convection is on. Here at Eva3, the stove is interesting in that the temperature of the top and bottom tens can be adjusted separately. But in it, alas, you cannot turn off convection when you need it, for example, for a biscuit. Check out the last few pages for some decent stoves. Just don't take the Simfer stove (but Russian is faster), there are a lot of bad reviews. If the family is large, then 40 liters is better.
myata
Lyudmila, Thank you for your answer, I want to buy in retail, tomorrow will be a day off, I'll go take a look, our family is 3 people. Thanks for the recommendations, I read the last ten pages twice, I wanted to understand what to look for first of all and which models are preferable. There are many delta, ariet, tesler, supra, scarlet, Simfer and some other stoves in the city, I don’t consider the last three brands.
Mirabel
Girls! Do you have small permanently installed stoves? or drag it back and forth? almost from your bedroom?
Sooo, I want a mini-oven, but until I find a place for it, maybe I'll come up with something over time, but if they are the same weight as microns, then you can't really drag
Mila56
Vika, they are much lighter in comparison with microwave. I looked at the instructions, I didn't find the weight anywhere. Approximately 6-8kg. Not more. I have no place for her yet. Rather, there is a place, but the TV is still occupied. I still can't get the TV to rearrange, and with it drag the cable from the cable channel. There is an old, but working refrigerator in the kitchen, it is 1.4 meters high. Here is the stove temporarily on it. When necessary, I easily shoot, turn around 90 degrees. and put the stove on the gas. You don't have to go anywhere. Of course annoying. Better to have a permanent place.
Mila56
myata, Olya, take a meter or something like that with you.
Mirabel
Mila56, Mila, I understand! Yes. It is certainly more convenient when there is a stationary place, but where can I get it?
And thanks for the idea, I have a huge side by side refrigerator and there is a camel on top, a soft toy. Here he can probably move a little, if that ...
Lisichkalal
Vic, don't you drag her along. Well, maybe if you buy a tiny little one, but you won't become an assistant with your 3 heroes. Mine is the size of a micra. Maybe easier, I haven't tried to carry. But when I bought it, I hardly got it home!
Mirabel
Yes, Light, I understand this, has already dropped it on its head, reaching from a height.
Rituslya
Vika, oh no, I just stand in one place. If I carry around, then in the end I will either be lazy or tired.
For me, it's still hard.I still put wet glasses with plates on her roof so that they dry out in the process.
myata
Girls, is it worth taking delta 023 or 024b ?? what do you think?
Mirabel
Rita, so we will look for a stationary place for it.

Do they differ only in volume or something else?
Omela
I have a Delta of 37 or 35 liters (I don't remember, the subject has a photo and a description) in the country, without backlighting, convection. Of the pluses, two baking sheets. We have already written about these stoves many times - a galvanized bucket with heating, after 3 years of operation, the front panel, where the switches burned and moved away, I don't even know when. But I still use it. Copes with its functions. in summer I dry tea in it, bake bread and do everything else too. since the height is not large, I do not bake tin bread, the roof rests against the tena.
Mila56
Quote: Omela
the front panel, where the switches got burned and came off, I don't even know when.
Omela, and there is no gap between the door and the panel? This could be one of the reasons for the panel deformation. And the second reason is the discrepancy between the set and real temperatures. Maybe when you install 180 degrees, it gives out much more. There are such remarks. And if a person puts 200-230 degrees in such a stove, but in real life it will be 240-270. So the control panel or handles on it will be deformed. Of course this is just speculation. So I haven't tested my stove for temperature, but it seems to me that it overestimates the temperature. The first biscuit was baked at 160 degrees. on the top and bottom. tenah, so the bottom is burnt. Reduced to 140 degrees. at the same time, the result is good. Tell who will not believe that I bake at such temperatures. But I adapted without any problems.

This is how it works (although not expensive), and this is the main thing. How many years has it been in operation?
Omela
Tem-ru did not measure. I expose to the maximum 220C. I can't even say at what point it happened, I have already seen the consequences. I did not pay attention to the gaps .. for a long time I have already had it ... 5-6 years. He bakes normally, only during the winter I lose the habit that everything happens for a longer time.)

A respectable and indicative age at the stove is still working. Even though the bucket is galvanized.
Omela
Mila56, yeah. But made in Turkey.

In our city, the choice is not rich ((There is also a ricci for 28 liters, only a little small, there is a fiesta, ariet, a lot of Simfer and supra, maxwell, I also saw erisson, I don't know which is of better quality, but the sellers don't seem to know what they are selling
Omela
Olga, you will have to spend time and read this topic, here the girls write real reviews. Simfer was kind of praised.
Mila56
Quote: myata
but the sellers don't seem to know what they are selling at all
That's for sure. You google Delta and look at the reviews there. There are also positive ones. The most important thing in it is nothing superfluous. They have the same functionality. This means that the dimensions of the inner chamber and external volumes must be chosen according to your needs. There seems to be the first 33 liters, and the second 40. If I had to choose only from these two, I would choose 33 liters. But if there is a desire and need to bake often, then it is possible for 40 liters. But the dimensions of the inner chamber and between the shadows are important, as I wrote earlier.
Omela
In general, from experience, the larger the stove, the better. Naturally, provided that there is where to put it and you will actively bake.)
myata
Mistletoe, I read the topic, especially the fact that over the past year, Simfer was first praised in the topic, then they wrote that there is a lot of marriage, it is scary to write out, because I am lucky as a drowned man and most of the ordered comes with marriage ((

Yes, China, and the delta is also written in China, although in the subject I read that there used to be Turkey, then Rostov.

For casserole pies, it is more convenient to take a slow cooker IMHO. there are models (not expensive) that do an excellent job with such baking. and take up less space. In the oven, the casserole is drier.

Looked at Supra - is that the one with the pancakes on top? Not advised, not convenient to use.

And I can't convince myself of the need for a multicooker. I can do fine without her. Moreover, the kitchen is small and there is not a single free space. If the kitchen was large, then of course I would buy and find use for it.

I have a brand 6051, but the trouble is frying strongly, and the taste is burnt, because of this I turn off the heating immediately, otherwise it will not be possible to eat, and I don’t want to take the second one. Sorry for not writing on the topic. I would like a mini oven.

I remember that as soon as I bought the oven, I immediately baked stollens in it. And now it's time to cut them open. The first is ready.

I have eaten them in my homeland of origin, I can brag with full responsibility - it turned out no worse. Or rather, better. Very rich, full-bodied taste. Hurrah!

Alexander, beautiful stollen!

myata, look at you in the sale of Asel, like Turkey, and quite budget (at least it used to be).
I have Dex, 42 liters, but not the cheapest. I've been baking for a couple of years now - I'm very happy.
cool that the temperature is from 40 degrees to about 230, 2 trays, convection,
and most importantly: the bell sounds when the timer is out and the oven turns off automatically.
It is very convenient, both for forgetting or for Internet users who have set themselves 15 minutes,
and went to Facebook ..., the bell rang, the oven turned off,
and you are already walking slowly and looking: is it enough, is it ready, or add another 5 minutes.
True, you don't seem to sell this brand.

Alexander, very beautiful stollen turned out. I understand that it is delicious.

I still couldn't choose the time to go into the topic and report on my New Year's gift
So, my new oven Vimar 4629 and the first pies in it.

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...Tabletop ovens, stoves ...Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

Immediately pleased with its appearance and size. 46 liters. I thought that it would be just huge, it turned out very much even nothing. I fit on the shelf on which I was planning to put it, but my husband did not let her be placed there, he said that the outlet there was not designed for such a load (a micra, a TV set was already connected there, and a charger or a vacuum cleaner was periodically connected).
I had to put it on the countertop.
I immediately checked my existing baking trays. And what a joy it was when a small baking sheet from an old gas oven fits perfectly into the Vimar grooves. Although that baking sheet is old, I loved it because of the thick quality of the metal. On this baking sheet my first pies are baked, you can see it in the photo.
The Stoneline baking sheet is smaller than the oven, but fits onto the wire shelf. So I can use 3 baking sheets. There is only 1 baking sheet in the entire series of Vimar ovens. And I didn't really like the baking sheet itself. I did not take a photo of it, but the bottom of the baking sheet is not even. There is some kind of convex curly garbage along the bottom, from which I did not immediately want to take this oven. It turns out the baking is not even. For example, it was not convenient for me to bake gingerbread on this baking sheet, it's good that there were my spare ones.
So it is worth paying attention to when choosing an oven.
I chose for a very long time and rushed about in my choice. After 2 weeks of throwing in the evening, I decided that in the morning I would get up and order a Dex 430, all the same, its height of the camera won. But after putting it in the basket and clicking the buy button, I did not dare to checkout. Still, I was afraid that convection was not turned off in Dex.
In Vimar, the modes are all autonomous, and in any mode you can enable or disable convection. And although this convection is weak in such ovens, it is still felt.
And the height of the chamber in this particular model is just high due to the fact that this model does not have a tray for draining fat. I measured the height between the shadows - 23 cm. This is how my tallest shape becomes, I have it 16.5 cm high. I got up freely in the oven and a couple of cm remained until the upper shade.
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
I don’t remember what else I wanted to write. But maybe what I wrote will help someone who is torn in choosing a tabletop oven to determine their choice.

nila, congratulations on your purchase !!! I already fell in love with my same stove !!! And the baking sheet, by the way, is very good, although the bottom is uneven, but nothing sticks to it and washes well. I bake pizza on it, shortbread cookies, cook cutlets.
