Ingredients

for 12 pieces:
Kefir 250g.
Curd 9% (pasty, not dry) 250g.
Wheat flour 300g.

Cooking method

  • Redeem soda in kefir. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  • I use cottage cheese in packs like this:

Krivoruchkina , straight upset for your dough. My cottage cheese in packs was "Kaluga", curdled milk is drier. Baking in a silicone mold. There is no oil in the recipe. Frozen in anticipation !!

ElenaMart , it's sad that you didn't succeed. The fact is that both flour and cottage cheese are different with you, therefore the consistency of the dough is different. If you saw that the dough was initially tough, you had to add liquid.

The dough was "adjusted" according to the consistency of kefir (a little splashed, the cottage cheese was dry). I put 1/2 of the dough on the mold, it went up well in the end. The most important thing (for me) - the crumb is moist, I love it !! It baked perfectly, the cottage cheese feels good, but it is baked. There is a large pore structure on the fault. There were a lot of counts, in the photo there is only the first portion, there were only two of them.
In general, gluttony !! And now I understand that the most laborious thing in cake baking is the layout of the dough in tins)))

Baking with cottage cheese is very capricious, and 90% depends on cottage cheese and the oven. Try changing the technology next time and mixing soda with flour.
