Cooking is not difficult. Fasting is delicious. The main thing is to do it with love and not eat each other!

Note

The recipe is taken from the winner and judge "Master Chef" Ukraine Liza Glinskaya.
Delicious, moist, flavorful cake. Recommend!

ang-kay, I also baked this cupcake. My liked
ang-kay
Vita, why didn't you bring it?

Angela, but I don’t display recipes. I quickly scandalized and quickly ate mine, but my hands often do not reach the pictures, and I don’t like to expose too much (I am a quiet person)
ang-kay
Vita, badly. I sometimes go to the topic "What are we eating now." It becomes a shame for the forum. Girls show such masterpieces, but do not exhibit the recipe. It is necessary to exhibit)

ang-kay, Angela, what a beauty! And thank you for such step-by-step photos - for example, I never thought of coating a cupcake with icing on a wire rack on a plate.
And the recipe is simple, I will definitely try it out some weekend.

Hello!
I also cooked this cupcake after Lisa's video, the taste is just wonderful. But I got it loose, moist, like a brownie (it doesn't bother me, I just would like to know what it should be). Baked for 40 minutes. to a dry toothpick. In your photo it seems denser, please describe the consistency and moisture content of the finished cake ..
ang-kay
vesna04, good day. Not loose, but moist.

ang-kay, I, as promised, with a report. Maybe it will help others. Baked in a muffin bowl GF, with recalculation of proportions to a weight of 520 gr. 4 minutes before the coup, and 19 minutes after. And yet it was a little overwhelmed. Probably, it is still better in the oven, I think the dough is thin for a closed round GFK.
But I really liked the taste, coffee, moderately sweet, with a slight bitterness from orange peel.
Angela, thanks for another interesting recipe.

Now that there is only one piece left of the cake, I will add: it turned out to be a delicate biscuit with a delicate taste. I will try again, I think it is necessary for this variant of the cupcake to subtract a little, maybe 20 ml, of the liquid. I baked in the following proportions:
130 gr flour
13 g cocoa powder
7 g baking powder
65 ml fresh
130 ml coffee
130 g sugar
46 g vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp zest

Elena, great cupcake. I can’t say anything about such a cupcake and pastries in it. And so a batter like this is good, but it takes a long time to bake in the oven. Save Bo for sharing.

Angela, thank you very much !!! Today my son-in-law is 50 years old! Since we are sitting at home now, I tried this cupcake. Despite the fact that it is the first time, but your recipes are so superb !!! Everything worked out, very tasty! Damp, smells awesome! There was no cardamom, but there was a seasoning for coffee and tea, there was ginger, and pepper, and cardamom, and so on. I put a quarter of a spoon. Everyone liked it, but I feel the ginger, pepper, it doesn't interfere. I just admire you and the recipes, they always help out !!!
ang-kay
Natasha, Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad I liked the cupcake. Congratulate your son-in-law for me too. We are of the same age)

Angela, thanks for the congratulations! The cupcake is gone ... I cut it open and layered feijoa, top-nuts and chocolate. Super delicious! Four of us were fooling. We are on isolation, but we want something tasty. The son-in-law is almost your fellow countryman from Lviv Svatye was shown on Skype yesterday and sent the recipe. Many thanks from her!
ang-kay
Natasha, that's great. Lviv is a beautiful city)
