Hanukkah donuts

Ingredients

Flour white 41/6 Art.
Water 3/4 Art.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Vodka 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Then you can roll out a layer of 1 cm, cut into circles and leave for another 1 hour to rise (cover with a film or towel). Deep-fry. Ideally, a thin, light strip remains in the middle of the donut. When the donuts have cooled slightly, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar and stuff with jam using a syringe (I'm limited to powdered sugar).
