Good day.

I choose a bread maker as a gift, the recipients of the gift want necessarily with the function of baking yeast-free bread... This is one of the main criteria. Budget 3t. r., maximum 4t. r., therefore Panasonic, unfortunately, does not fit into the budget in any way.

I bow to LG and Moulinex, but even after downloading and reading their instructions, I did not understand if they can bake yeast-free bread? I figured out the jam (jam) and kneading yeast-free dough, such functions are in the instructions. But what models can bake it?

Among friends there are only two happy owners of bread makers, but both answered the question about yeast-free bread only "Does this happen?"

PS: I used the search, found yeast-free bread, dough ... but since I don't have a bread machine myself, I can't figure out which of the inexpensive models on the market can do this. Please tell me.

??? You know, and this question arose first for me. It seems to me that the best thing in this case is to give money. So that there is no offense that you bought something wrong. So let them choose and look for information (since such "demanding"), because it is the same to use. They say "The road is a spoon for dinner", as well as "They don't look a gift horse in the mouth."

Do you mean sourdough or baking soda bread or muffins?
Lisss's
or maybe you just mean the presence of the function "Baking", or "Cupcake"? - it is on it that yeast-free bread is baked - on baking powder or soda ...

I understand that we are talking about bread without yeast. What is it? Maybe some kind of matzo (I don't know for sure whether it is baked without yeast, but it seems so). But this does not apply to the bread maker.
Lenusya
Lisss exactly
if these programs are meant - then the dough is kneaded with handles - baked in the HP.
I think you can knead dough for muffins in Moulinex.
Girls, Moulinex owners, correct me if I'm wrong

instead of yeast, add soda or baking powder.
I also think that then it is easier to bake in the oven and it is not worth buying HP because of this.

Is it possible to bake bread with yeast-free sourdough? Here's a whole section on this topic. I myself did not bake, but as far as I understood, standard modes are used, only sourdough is added instead of yeast.

And if we mean baking soda, then here they have already answered.

: o It is very difficult to tell something to a person who has not come across a bread maker himself. It seems to us that we are asking quite reasonable questions, but the respected apes reads them and cannot really direct us in the right direction, all the more so to say what the people who are presented to them mean by yeast-free bread (they hardly think about muffins or matsu).
This is exactly the case when I, again, would give money.

Dear ones,

Why is there no yeast-free bread.

Here you go: Irish soda bread with oatmeal and German rye soda with caraway seeds, recipes in Temka about healthy eating

Bread maker with yeast-free bread baking
Bread maker with yeast-free bread baking
They were baked in the oven.In a bread maker, you can also use a cupcake, but such beautiful ones will not work.

I think that sourdough bread does not belong to yeast-free bread. There, in addition to lactic acid bacteria, wild yeast grows. No wonder one of the sites for sourdough baking is called "Wild Yeast"

And I add to the opinion, if the picky ones - better with money, or let them choose and poke their finger at the desired model

Once again about the leaven:

Leaven
The sour taste of sourdough and bread based on it does not come from yeast, but from lactic acid bacteria, with which yeast lives in symbiosis. Lactic acid bacteria feed on the by-products of yeast fermentation and, in turn, make the culture more acidic by releasing lactic acid, which prevents the yeast from spoiling (since most microbes cannot survive in an acidic environment). Initially, all bread was made with sourdough, and the fermentation process remained incomprehensible until the 19th century, when, using a microscope, scientists were able to detect microbes that make the dough rise. Since then, the selection and cultivation of yeast has been carried out in order to increase the reliability and speed of fermentation. Billions of these cells were then packaged and marketed as "Baker's Yeast." Bread made on the basis of such yeast is not sour because it does not contain lactic acid bacteria. "

Fermentation
Souring is the process of adding a gaseous substance to the dough before baking to produce a lighter and more chewy bread. Most breads are made with yeast dough. But there is also unleavened bread, which has an important symbolic meaning in Judaism (matzah), and is also used by some Christian churches.

Fermentation from a chemical point of view
A simple method of fermenting bread dough is to use chemicals to produce gaseous substances in the dough. There are two most common methods. First, you can use baking powder or a quick rise flour that includes baking powder. Second, you can use an acidic ingredient like buttermilk and add baking soda. The result of the reaction of acid and soda will be a gaseous substance.

Chemically fermented bread is also called "quick bread" and "soda bread". This method is widely used in muffins and sweet breads such as banana bread.
Alexandra
I have definitely decided for myself: both muffins, and soda bread, and sourdough bread in the oven turn out better, bake better regardless of the moisture content of the dough, smoother, look more beautiful.

Returning to the original question: for some reason it seems to me that it is unlikely that people who do not have c / n are tuned in to leaven, rather, they mean soda and baking powder after all.

In most x / n mode "cake" and "baking" are the same thing. But there are ovens, such as Bork, where the "yeast-free bread" mode presupposes both kneading soda dough and baking it. Most likely, this is what is meant.

Thanks for all the answers.

Neither I nor the familiar bread makers have. Friends (those for whom the gift is intended) supporters of a healthy lifestyle ... apparently somewhere they heard two facts: a / yeast-free bread is useful, b / some bread makers can bake it, but not all.

And now I choose a bread maker that can bake yeast-free bread.

My post about Irish bread is what I need. Please, advise a good bread maker, within 4000 rub., Which would be able to bake and make jam. Or all HP can do it, you just need to fill the necessary ingredients?
Alexandra
Such a beautiful no bread maker will make
But seriously, you are right: any bread maker with a "baking" or "cake" function.

You don't really need to stir such bread, mix the ingredients quickly and bake right away.

If your friends need sourdough bread, there are the usual modes.
Cubic
Oh, while I was writing the answer, you answered already ..

The delonghi 125 has a Yeast Free (Low Gluten) Bread program, but unfortunately it costs more than the amount you specified. The program consists of kneading (15 minutes) and 2 lifts - 25 minutes and 30 minutes.
Perhaps such parameters can be obtained in other stoves.

Maxim, is there really no yeast in the recipes? After all, yeast-free and gluten-free bread is a big difference. Or I don't understand something ...

The Kenwood BM-210 bread maker has a -4- program for baking "bread and cakes from yeast-free dough" (1h40min). There is also a jam and pastry mode (1 hour). Costs within the amount you describe. True, I haven't baked anything in this mode yet, although I'm going to.
Alexandra
It would be better if your acquaintances were concerned with another question: they will often bake small loaves or less often, but large
Depending on this, you can choose an oven for a different maximum bread weight. To me. For example, I got tired of transferring bread to crackers after my experiments and changed the more spacious oven to a more compact one, baking small neat loaves. And I gave my colleague a small one for a maximum of 750 g - so they got out of hunt at home and bought a large mullet for 1.5 kg of bread.

Well, here it is written that before baking these two different types unusual bread, you need to carefully read the instructions for the recipes .. everything is fine, just so that they do not write the same thing twice and forgot such a fancy sentence ...
