It is possible that the old-timers of the forum already have this question lumpy in their throats, but I will try to ask it again.
My wife and I are finally ripe for buying a bread machine. We have heard a lot of enthusiastic reviews about homemade bread - we want to try to bake it ourselves. But, faced with a huge selection of stoves in stores, we stopped in doubt - what to take?
For several days now I have been trying to find an answer here on the forum, but, alas, until I find it, but time goes by and I want bread. So I decided to turn to you, experienced bakers for help.
1. Question - Which windmill to take?
2. Requirements for the product:
a) High quality bread
b) High reliability and durability of the stove
d) Possibility of baking various types of bread
e) It is desirable to have a dispenser (or whatever it is) for automatic addition to bread when mixing various additives
f) The ability to turn on the stove by timer at a specified time
The budget is quite free, I think it is more expensive but better. Oh, yes, the family is now of two people (the sons have already left), so a large bread maker is not necessary.
I hope very much for your help!

And the answer is as old as the world ... - Panasonic SD-2501.

Actually, I've already looked at it, but here for some reason many people write that taking Panasonic is just throwing out the extra money

Those who did not use it write. You can take any Panasonic model. With the right approach, the result will always be 5+

It is a matter of perspective and availability of finances, as well as skills in baking. You stated the reliability of the oven and the quality of the bread as one of the main requirements. Panasonic is a reliable, proven company. Now a lot of new names appear, but they have no history yet.

And I also watched PANASONIC SD-ZB2502 BTS. It has a difference that the case is made of stainless steel and 2 dispensers: one is ordinary, for bulk additives, and the second is also for yeast. Is this a necessary change or not?

Those who did not use Panas write. While I had only 350 Kenwood, I also thought that Panas was being praised in vain. And when they wrote that he is very quiet, and other HPs are noisy, I also thought they were exaggerating, well, about everything else too.

I can confidently declare that according to the same recipe, my Kenwood and my Panasonic will bake different breads. No, well, of course, Kenwood also makes very good bread, but I haven't tried it yet, but from Panas.

When I advised my friends to buy Panas, they took 2502. Bread is the same as mine from the 257th. So see for yourself how interesting these new gadgets are.

I, when I took 257, then 2502 was not. I was waiting for a new model, and when I bought the 257, I thought that it would not be even newer for a long time. And they took it and in three or four months they renewed it. But, these are not completely new models, but slightly embellished old ones. Is the difference in price big between 2502 and 2501?

I have LG for two years. When I bought it, I also thought why pay more. But today I would definitely take Panas.
I now bake mainly in the oven, and knead the dough in the HP, because it seems to me that there is not enough power in my HP (on a dark crust, the roof of the bread is almost white, a short yeast dough program, there is no rye bread program, etc.). etc.)

I have used several models of skis, kenwood, phillips. Now I have a Panasonic 255 and an American Zorus. If finances allow - choose from Panasonic.

Completely and completely for Panoosonik !!!
If I change my old one, then definitely again for the same company!

Panasonic, or even better Panasonic 2502.

Pashenka (Panasonic SD-255) has been living in my kitchen for the third year already. It was love at first sight, more precisely from the first bread. I have three children, so I often bake a lot. The bread maker works well and pleases its owners. Choose Pashenka !!!!!

Well, I will also vyaknu a word for Panas ... The stove (Panasonic SD-255) is five years old, and it never let me down! mmm
Leska
As many as 2 Panasonic-255s work for me (one - more than 5 years, the second - 3 months) - I'm not overjoyed at them. And the neighbors suffer with baguette Mulinex - the store does not accept it back, for almost 5 months they have not crawled out of the guarantee.

Well, I will also be noted - Panasonic! I have been using it for 3 years. Compared between Kenwood (sister), Delph (mother), LV (neighbor). The high quality of the bread is really guaranteed (with the right mix of flour and liquid). Good luck

I also believed for a long time that little depends on the device. But ... when my Panas got depressed (and it happens), I tried to bake in a completely German multi-brew Yunolde. Having at that time three years of experience in baking in a bread machine, I will say right away - I do not like bread from Yunold! And my husband (who is not so picky) too! Somehow the bread is under-baked there, maybe the bread-baking part is underdeveloped. When her husband treated Panas, it was real happiness! So, the next bread maker will definitely be Panas!

I will say this: whoever has used Panasonic will not look at any other brand anymore.

Thanks a lot to everyone! Having heard so many great reviews about Panasonic, I decided to take it all the same. Well, the model, as I understand it, is not particularly important - so I will proceed from the availability in the store.

I have such a mulinex for 4 years already, I love it very much, the bread is delicious, the crust is crispy, it is used almost every day. There were no breakages (smiley spitting over the shoulder).

I still recommend 2501. It is better to overpay for functions that you will not use (raisin dispenser and rye program) than later, when you want bread with raisins or wheat-rye by the morning or when you return from work.

To wash a stainless steel is a tiresome business.
That all stoves are the same: I expressed my opinion here before buying a Panasonic, and here after.
