Hello! The story is this: I took this bread maker from my parents, so that the thing needed in the household could be determined or not. Only now there was no book for her and how to bake it is not clear. I want to ask, can anyone have such a stove or have had it before, share bread recipes for her. Or maybe which LG (as far as I remember it used to be GoldStar) corresponds to this model and can you use recipes from it?
Thank you in advance!

How! Is such a stove really so rare or old that no one can tell anything?

zik12 This HP is really old, well, don't worry, maybe someone has such a model. In the meantime, just try to bake by analogy with other HP and according to recipes from the forum

Can you tell me from which stove the recipes are suitable? I understand that 100% hits are unlikely to be achieved, but I want to get as close as possible.

Many bread recipes are suitable for your oven, since baking does not depend on a specific model, the principle of kneading dough and baking is almost the same for all models of x \ ovens.

Try the simplest white bread first, take the recipes here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=499.0 and read carefully the Baking Basics section and especially to start with this topic #

Good bread for you

Try, have not tried it yet, let it cool down.

As you can see from the pictures in the previous post, the bread did not fit well. I sinned at the SAF moment (I never did it with them, neither in the oven nor how). I decided to try with Pakmaya, the result is even worse. Now it remains only to try with fresh yeast, since you will not find others here.

Today I tried to do it on pressed yeast. I took a 100 gram briquette, divided it into 8 parts, it turned out about 12.5 grams each (unfortunately, there are no electronic scales yet), I did everything else as before. As a result, the bread went well and baked. It tastes very good, the previous ones were like plasticine, and this one was airy.
P.S. My wife and I decided that we need a stove. We will buy after NG. The choice has already been made, Panasonic 257th. We will most likely go to Ukraine for him (I live 82 km from Kharkov) There the price for it is 2000 r less than ours (at the Kharkov forum people announced the price). So soon it will be possible to close this topic, otherwise no one else writes except me, and here I will leave.
P.S.S. Found dr. Otter, I want to try with them. The wife is against it, says that there will be no sense on dry, that it is necessary only to do on pressed ones.

I have the same story. As a result, I went on a spree and found out that the instructions are the same as from LG. After all, Goldstar was and now LJ)

Hello! I have a xeroxed "User's Manual and Baking Recipes" model HB-036E (still from Goldstar). If not found, I can scan and send. There are 50 sheets.
And I need to know what the weight of the roll is. There are good recipes there, and I have Daewoo.
Maybe who knows?

I recommend to all!!!!! The recipe will work with any stove.checked for Goldstar, Panasonic and Moulinex. (Baked with mom and friend) This is our favorite family bread. so: (all with a measuring glass and a measuring spoon attached to the stove) milk 1.5 tbsp. + 3 tbsp. l. / flour 4.3 cups / oil drain. 5 tbsp. spoons / Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l. / sugar 2.5 tbsp. l / salt 2h l / yeast 2.5 tsp. (I put the saf moment for baking) / We put on the praggram for 3.5-4 hours (any, there is no difference) Very tasty bread. The husband and the child really like it. Enjoy your meal.

Good afternoon (evening). I have lost the instruction from HB-036E. I would read it with pleasure if it is not difficult for you to send it to my mail
Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, I did not wait for help - no one sent me instructions on LG HB-036E.
But I found it, both in Russian and in English, and I want to share it with those who may find it useful.

Thanks to all!
