You are welcome.
Multicooker Supra MCS-4501

5 eggs,
Beat 1.5 multi cups sugar with a mixer and add 1.5 multi cups flour.

Lubricated the drain. a saucepan, poured over the dough, put the apples on top in slices.
I baked on a "small amount" for 1 hour, turned it off and just held it for 15 minutes under a closed lid.

One seemed a little to my children .... I baked another one.

Everyone liked the charlotte very much.

Very good!!! And I have charlotte - generally a signature dish, though in the oven. But I haven't tried it in the cartoon yet, we are with her in terms of baking for YOU
cutie
Svetlana62, don't even hesitate! Be sure to try. It turned out very tasty, airy and tender!
And I think I just fell in love with this wonderful saucepan!

Thanks for the recipe.

who extinguishes in what mode? I had 6 chicken wings in my freezer (I make chicken ham in a ham maker from chicken), I put them in a cartoon today, salted, sprinkled curry and turned on several modes alternately, at first I wanted to use the Slow Cooker, but turned off, then I tried everything else, turned off. .. I gave up, poured some water and put it out on Soup, but with water ...
cutie
I am stewing on slow cooker mode. Stew is fine and does not turn off. I do this: onions, carrots, bol. chopped pepper in a slow cooker, a little sunflowers. butter, fry for a small amount for 10 minutes, add chicken (ham, pieces) and turn it on for stewing for 1 hour, sometimes turn it off faster ...
danuca
thanks, I understand that you get liquid by frying vegetables, so everything is fine. And I threw chicken only with spices, and without water it did not work.

cutie, but tell me, pleated, why don't you bake and fry on a muffin? are they less active?

IRR, in a multicooker I don't have such a regime. There is a "cupcake" mode in the bread maker - sometimes I bake cupcakes in it ....

oops prdon, girls ... I confused your topic with Liberton ... there are no more pots now, head of tavos ...
Ma'am
Yesterday a friend gave her Supra to drive.
Today I cooked in it.
1. Charlotte.
1/2 cup (regular) sugar
3 eggs (beat whites and yolks separately),
1 cup (regular) flour
2 apples (peeled and sprinkled with cinnamon)
Beat the dough, poured it into a saucepan, "sprinkled" apples on top.
Baked on the "Small amount" mode (55 minutes, as set by the program)
Then I kept it on the "Heating" mode for a few more minutes (for what, I don't know).
Didn't turn over during baking.
Next time, I will first lay out 2/3 of the dough, then the apples, then the remaining third. Then the apples will be not only on top, but also inside the dough.
2. Soup with meatballs
I cut and crumbled the potatoes and cabbage, put them in a saucepan along with frozen meatballs. I added dry: roots (celery, parsnips), carrots, some other greens. Salted. I filled it with water and set it to cook for an hour and a half in the "Soup" mode.
Time, it was possible, and less set. An hour and a half is a lot.
Next time I'll try for 40 minutes.
3. Braised chicken with potatoes
In the "Steamer" mode, she heated the vegetable oil in a closed saucepan for 3 minutes (until the oil starts to click. I think you can boil the oil on another program). I laid out the chicken. In the same mode, with the lid open, I fried the chicken for 20 minutes (while cutting the onions and potatoes). About the middle of frying, I added onions.
Then I added medium-sized chopped potatoes, covered with water, salt and set to cook for an hour and a half in the "Porridge" mode.
Time, again, was set too much. Perhaps an hour would be enough for the eyes.

Everything worked out, pah-pah-pah, the first time.
Cooked all the eaters liked
And I liked to cook in it.
First, the process. Folded, turned on and free for the rest of the cooking time. This is exactly what I expected from a multicooker.
Secondly, the lack of additional utensils used when cooking on a conventional stove.
Thirdly, there is no smell from food on clothes. Usually, clothes are sent to the wash after being cooked.
Fourth, ease of preparation. It seems like nothing complicated, but today three dishes were cooked somehow playfully

But something could have been better.
I didn't like the speed with which the modes are reset if you hesitate with setting the program and time. This is happening too quickly.
And the control buttons could have been easier to press, otherwise while you grope in which zone of the drawn button you need to press to make it work, you already start to grumble.

I found two main drawbacks in my opinion.
First, the Supra saucepan is clearly overheating (compared to Panasonic, where I have never seen a violent boil).
The second is the absence of a water collector (or whatever it is called) for the cover. That is, when you open the lid, water simply flows from it along the back wall of the multi (again, Panasonic had a special plastic device).
Everything else (for this price :-)) suits me!

Hello girls. I got my first multicooker - a soup. Now, in complete confusion, what to cook))) Actually, I'm a big fan of rice, so the question is ripe - depending on the type of rice - the porridge in the cartoon should be different. Should I bother with the modes for each type, or should I cook in a standard way, according to the instructions?

when will you stop comparing all rice cookers with Panasonic? I offhand now can name a LOT of flaws from Panasonic. One of them is your drip tray. it is attavism, accumulation of microbes, inconvenience of courtship, etc. It is easier to wipe this puddle with one napkin. When we were discussing a new Brand, we asked that there was no drip tray, even Hairpin agreed that this is the best option when I tested 2 pans - Panasonic and Brand. By the way, the new multicooker does not have this drip tray.

About fig. There is a topic HERE... I advise you to read it. If you like rice, then this is definitely your saucepan.

Thank you for your prompt reply) I will experiment.
And another question about the cover. Can I open the lid in the supra during the set cooking mode? I read that if the mode is rice cooker, then it is better not (

Girls, help me figure it out, the other day I became the owner of Supra 4501, I really want to bake pies, cupcakes, etc. in it. I read your whole topic, found the correct instructions on the link and tried to make a cake - I really took the ingredients from the old instructions, mixed everything , put it in a wonderful saucepan and turned on the "small amount" mode (as it is written in the new instructions), but the dough was not baked, I turned it over, set it for another 20 minutes. on the same mode, then another 40 minutes in the normal mode, but all my efforts were in vain. What I did wrong I don’t understand - the dough remained inside damp and dull.
And yesterday I tried to make a rice casserole - the result is also deplorable. As was the porridge, it remained. And when I added more semolina, the multicooker began to turn off in all modes after 1-2 minutes, and I had to cook it up on heating.
In general help please, what am I doing wrong ???

Take proven recipes from this forum and everything should work out. Congratulations on your purchase!
Ma'am
irishonka, take the recipes verified by the owners of "Supra". This way you will avoid unnecessary frustrations due to the fact that something did not work out.
On the previous page, I wrote three recipes, one of them is charlotte (with my comments on making the dough).
I bake often. Everything works out.
Lana_56
what to do? my saucepan, after three months of constant use, had an unpleasant chemical smell at the time of cooking and the bottom of the outside was peeled off, and I can't go without it now
Ysmina
Hello! I'm a newbie with a recently donated multicooker I just can't figure out the functions. Multicooker SUPRA, MCS-4501. I did everything according to the instructions. Connected to the network, pressed "MENU" and .... she did not show anything. The display only reflects the timer. But since the dough for the charlotte was already in the saucepan, I had to think a little about how to bake the charlotte.
The display shows only normal mode. I pressed the COOK button, the timer counts down to 23:00 and counts down as usual. I looked at the dough, the charlotte was not yet ready, I repeated the procedure. Everything worked out.
I cannot understand one thing, what am I doing wrong, that nothing is shown on the display when I press "menu"?
There was a suggestion that it might be a delayed START. Since the COOK TIME button does not work during the process. How to make the menu work? I really want to part with her.
danuca
it seems to me that everything is fine with you, you just misunderstand something. What result do you want to see by pressing the MENU button? There is a small icon - a tiny triangle, which, when turned on, stands next to the NORMAL mode, by pressing the MENU button you move this cursor from NORMAL to other modes. The display shows the time, just the current time. And the COOKING time is displayed only when, after selecting with the MENU button, you immediately press the COOKING TIME button, and then select the time you need with the HOURS / MINUTES button and immediately after that press START (or whatever we have it - COOKING). Supra does not allow to think for a long time, they delayed a little - everything resets and you have to start over.
Ysmina
danuca, thanks for the answer. The triangle does not move, that's just the point. I myself realized that he MUST move, but alas! And because of this, the COOKING TIME cannot be set.
MENU button refuses to work. And I refuse to work blindly.
Tomorrow I'll take her darling to the store, maybe they will explain something or replace it with another.
Lana_56
how is it? did you manage to make a refund? I will have to return it too - the bottom of the pan was blistered from the outside (coating) and the smell appeared very unpleasant. has anyone faced a similar problem?

Girls, when using multi, faced such a problem: rice is constantly digested. I put a "small amount", pour in 1.5 times more water and, as a result, the rice is dried, and at the bottom there is a crust. Actually, other dishes are going fine, and the cereals are digested ((((How do you deal with this problem in a soup ??? porridge 55 min / 1 hour is a lot.

read the special topic cook RICE... Water should be filled not by 1.5. more, but strictly according to the lines in the pan. This is a Chinese (Korean and other oriental) device, it has a centuries-old verified experience of cooking rice, as a national. product. The topic still has useful tips, somehow, after turning off the program, mix the rice and leave for 20 minutes, there will be no crust below

Lana, my supra smelled very strongly immediately after purchase. There was a nasty chemical smell even from an empty pan, and it smelled especially strong when working. The dishes were also saturated with it, it was impossible to eat. I cooked in it only 5 times and although it smelled less, I decided not to risk it and passed it back. We took it without any problems. And the supra was replaced by the big panas, he did not smell anything even in the first preparation, and a certificate for the quality of the materials used was attached to it, which pleased him.Of course, it is not as powerful as the supra, but for me this is a virtue, because in the supra at mengya it burned. Maybe there was a marriage?

I had no and no smell. But the fact that Supra overheats in comparison with Panas, yes ... Now I mainly use my Supra as a double boiler, rarely stew and cook soup. I prefer the Air Fryer and Slow Cooker. Still, it does not give me peace of mind that multi Teflon coating ...

girls, help !!! sort of figured out with the modes, but how to set the timer for the night? I put the porridge at 10 pm and I want to be ready by 7 in the morning. how to set the time?
danuca
if everyone fell asleep at 10 pm and want to get it by 7 am, then count the hours from 10 to 7 - 9 o'clock, so set the timer at 9 o'clock.
