Chicken baked with pineapple and oranges

Ingredients
chicken thighs 6pcs
dry red wine 100g
canned pineapples, in pieces 1 can
sweet orange (preferably Sicilian, red) 1-2pcs
hard cheese 150g
spices - salt, curry, black pepper and seasoning for chicken (you can fantasize, for an amateur)
vegetable oil - just a little, to hedge against burning
Cooking method

sprinkle the thighs well with spices, add a little wine (about 50 grams) and mix. it is better to marinate in a deep bowl so that the wine gets into all the pieces. keep the chicken in the marinade for at least half an hour (you can do more, it doesn't really matter). during this time we take pineapples out of the jar (it is better to let the juice drain), peel the oranges and cut the slices into large pieces, commensurate with the pineapple pieces. separately rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Pour vegetable oil to the bottom of the pan (you can do it, I made sure). the thighs (without marinade) are placed on the bottom of the pan with the skin down and bake for 25 minutes. turn over and bake for another 20 minutes. toss pineapples with oranges on top and bake for another 5 minutes. now you need to pour in the rest of the marinade, a little pineapple juice and a little red wine (this is by eye, so as not to make soup). sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
this dish literally whistled at me!

It is probably worth pointing out where the dish is being prepared in the oven or on the comfort. I took a deep ceramic frying pan and now I try it on the comfortably under the lid on low heat.
