Just macaroons in the Steba DD1 ECO pressure cooker

Ingredients

Macaroshki on demand
Water (boiling water) to cover the macaroons
Vegetable oil or olive 1h l.
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • In general, the pasta / water ratio is 100g / 1m. Art I usually do by eye, the main thing is to cover the macaros with water.
  • So, I had everything by sight (there was a test of the pen, but everything turned out great).
  • We select the Roasting mode, set the time to 6 minutes, wait for the pressure cooker to heat up and give a sound signal, place the macaroons there, add oil, salt and pour boiling water, stir. All manipulations took me 1 minute.
  • We close (do not cover, but close) with a lid, the valve is in the Closed position.
  • After the signal of readiness, I waited literally a minute and released the pressure forcibly, placing a kitchen napkin on the valve so that it would not splash.
  • Just macaroons in the Steba DD1 ECO pressure cooker

Time for preparing:

6-8 minutes

Cooking program:

ROASTING

Note

The pasta turned out great and fast.
Not boiled. I'm glad . We need to experiment with less time.

Masinen
How interesting, so you cooked on frying))
And I always do it on porridge. I put 7 minutes. I think it can be less, but in 7 minutes, it always turns out delicious)

Yes, I decided on Roasting, the most active mode, and for pasta, it's the boiling.
I'll try on Kasha ... I'll compare.

Why do you think so?
Pasta in cartoons is delicious. Of course, it also depends on pasta.
Chamomile
the main thing here is water and time not to miss. And it’s very tasty.

Shrimp, my husband with such skepticism was waiting for the pasta from the pressure cooker, and then I was so surprised at the result, and I myself was very surprised
Now I wondered if it would be possible to cook frozen dumplings in the same way

It turns out, I did not cook in Shtebik, I cooked in others, I add a little oil and chuuuut water to the water to cover the dumplings, but they will be boiled-fried.

Tan, on what mode? I also want to cook dumplings. Lay in one layer?

Tanya, thanks for the macaroshki! To be honest, I also had a prejudice about pressure cooker pasta - is it difficult to make them on the stove? Accidentally wandered into this Temko, cooked it - it's just super. that's what it means to know the technique well - it would never have occurred to me in my life that they can be cooked on a roast. Now everyone - goodbye "gas" pasta

In Ourson-4002, I do not just excellent, but excellently make pasta, dumplings, dumplings, I cook there on the Porridge mode, so I don't think that all this will be worse in Shtebe. And if you cook a sauce and then cook pasta in it, you get spaghetti-carbonara (only I don't take spaghetti, but any other pasta), and believe me, it's tastier, you have never eaten, because pasta is cooked in the sauce, they are not boiled in water and then mixed with the sauce. Tatiana told us the way, and now we will continue.

And in more detail about the sauce in which pasta is immediately cooked? Did I miss something.
Galin
It is inconvenient to post a recipe in Tatyana's topic, let's in a personal.

Galya, what are you hiding from us there? do you want to hide the recipe? I want to do that too And I need to! And me!

If translated into Russian, then such an exotic name as spaghetti carbonara in Russian will sound like pasta with bacon, but still delicious. I did not cook this recipe in Shtebe, I cooked it in Ourson-4002 and in Panasonic, I cannot post it as a separate recipe. If Tatiana does not mind, I will post my version in her topic, and someone will cook it in Shteba and then post it with a separate recipe.
Tanyulya
Yes of course I don't mind

Yes, I know what it is, I love it very much, but I have never cooked in sauce right away. It is in the original yolk-cheese, you cannot cook in it, only serve it, but if you make it creamy, as is often done, then it is very possible. We are waiting!
Tanya, I'm sorry, we are discussing this sauce for YOUR macaros

Svetik, I am always FOR! We learn from each other, even if we know this or that recipe, then each housewife has her own nuance, her own zest, so we need to share everything.

Thank you, I really liked to cook the macaroons this way!

Tanyulya, as always on top! I will try it in such an interesting way!
When I cooked for the first time in a multicooker, I realized that before I just could not cook them, on the stove. very comfortable and never boiled down like gas. But this method is even more interesting! Thank you.

Girls, thanks. Having a pressure cooker at home, you need to cook in them.We love macaros. The induction cooker lives on a log, so I cook everything in pressure cookers. And macaroons and dumplings. It is convenient and fast. I'm glad if it came in handy and liked it.
Thanks for the kind fishing

I didn’t have time to read it, I already put it on Porridge, I was afraid that they would burn it, since I cook with meat right away. Well, I think we'll eat it anyway)))

Here I am a bastard, I was tormented for so long - I cooked pasta in a saucepan. Yesterday I urgently needed to boil pasta for dinner, everyone was hungry, I risked throwing it into the Shteba. Well, my husband said that it is tastier than in a saucepan - not so boiled it turns out, although I try to cook aldente. Now I will cook macaros only in Shtebe. I feel that soon the pots will generally go to rest

Tatiana, thank you! For your prescription. I recorded it a long time ago, but somehow I cooked pasta on the stove. Today I made up my mind, it turned out great.
Tanyulya
Made a vidyushku on macaroshkas. Mash, please transfer to the first post.

I cooked such macaros with chicken wings and onions, it turned out very tasty.
Chopped the wings, fried them with onions, threw in the pasta, poured water for 6 minutes and you're done!

The only thing to consider is that pasta is practically not boiled with this method of cooking.
Usually I cook 700-800 grams of pasta on the stove - after cooking, it turns out a lot, but here literally 4 small portions turned out from 700 grams!
Tane4ka
Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe !!!!
My experience may be useful. Today it was completely lazy ... I put sausages on top of the macaros ... The truth is: "laziness is the engine of progress."
It turned out just amazing)))
