It's nice that our recipes helped
I wonder where did you manage to buy it? (you can in a personal if it's down)

can the pressure valve be removed at all ...?

I don’t know about removing it, it definitely has to be taken out somehow in case of replacement, but it seems to me that this is a laborious process and you cannot easily remove it back and forth.

BUT!!!
But there is a mini-way out - I accidentally stumbled upon such a chip:

I look once, or rather I hear - strangely somehow my valve hiss - literally from the very beginning it charged and hiss and this is on the KASH program - on which it barely starts to hiss only somewhere in the 20th minute if not later than.

As it turned out - I don’t know how - when the handle was moved to the "Buried" position, the valve did not close as expected, but remained at an angle of 45 degrees as in the "Open" position! So it siphoned and could not gain pressure.

So as an option - after closing - manually set the valve at an angle!

I haven’t tried that again, there was simply no need, because I also have a Panasonic multicooker - and if you need anything without pressure, then everything is in it
kuka4ka
Hello everyone, I have a tighter cuckoo
And that all the same, rice porridge cannot be cooked ??? ... and I cooked it, and nothing happened in the evening, I put rice, milk, water, set the timer to 9-45, on the porridge mode, and in the morning it turned off the current at 10-30 and then with the error E03 ... In short, the horror, all the lid in the milk is brown, the porridge was burnt, boiled, the byaka turned out to be big ............ everything had to be thrown out
Can anyone tell me why this happened?
Tanyulya
kuka4ka, I always cook porridge and never had such problems, I cook rice, millet, corn, wheat ... I don't know why you did it this way
kuka4ka
oh, something today I can't do anything, already the 2nd dish is in the trash
I made a jellied pie according to Tanyulya's recipe, it looks so appetizing in the photo, but I got something incomprehensible, the potatoes, the meat was all well cooked, but the dough, this is something that cannot even be called a dough, according to the recipe in the photo you can see how well it rose and baked, but I got it like an omelet, or something ... no semblance of baking ... and that's all in the trash bin, today I have a current translation of products
Tanyulya
To be honest, I am upset with you. Why is that?
kuka4ka
okay, I’ll be patient, I’ll try again, it’s just a pity to translate the products, and so on the sly of my husband threw everything away, otherwise he is still biased towards multi, but here I’m throwing everything out, but I throw it out ...
julifera
kuka4ka, but at least something normally tasty turned out, even the simplest?
No milk, no dough? Just pilaf for example? Or just meat on Multipovar?
Tanyulya
Are there any problems with voltage?
Today I made hedgehogs with rice in sour cream, on the Potato mode, as always cool. Maybe try something like that
kuka4ka
yes, everything seems to be fine with tension
The first thing I did in multi was chicken and potatoes - it turned out, it was very tasty
2nd meat on kuksi, but since it was finely chopped (very), and I put it on stew, it disintegrated with stirring - the conclusion was not entirely successful
3rd baked charlotte - it turned out very cool was
4th made kotofel, just on turbo mode with butter, very tasty
The 5th porridge after her was generally scared for her cartoon ...
6th jellied pie
7th cottage cheese casserole, when I took it out, it fell like porridge on my plate, but the taste is normal
that's all that I did and didn’t work
Natay
kuka4ka, I also made cottage cheese casserole - I did it. The only thing I let her cool down, and then took out, she becomes cold and denser. The bottom was browned, but the top was not at all.

Good evening everyone!
Well, I just can't get my rice crumbly !!! I also cooked round Krasnodar, then Mistral long-grain, first 1: 2, then 1: 1.5 in High pressure mode. Glued anyway!
I tried to make baked milk. I boiled it and put it on the Heating mode for 13 hours. What was white remains so. On the Multi-cook mode, it boiled for 20 minutes and ran away. I cleaned the multicooker for an hour.
Please advise how to cook baked milk and rice in Kuku 1010.

In 1010 I never cooked milk, it seems to me difficult to do it, there is no function of a long cooker, well, or pour exactly a liter to try and then I doubt that it will turn out melted.
But rice turns out, I always cook 1 / 1.5 different modes, steamed or round grain rice.

1. Which Heating temperature has been selected in the range of 69 C - 77 C?

2. Multipovar has a very high boiling point, not milky at all.

3. Measured the weakest cooking mode for Porridge - maximum temperature - 95 C
As far as I know Tanyulya on the Kasha mode - I cooked milk without problems, nothing ran.
Perhaps, in the Kasha mode, baked milk can be obtained in several passes.
We don't drink it, so I haven't tried it myself.

At high pressure, rice always turns out crumbly, even when I take 1: 2
For example, I mix round sticky rice with crumbly brown (unpolished) - still crumbly!
But I always cook with a decent amount of oil.

Hello everybody.
I bought a cuckoo 1010. Before the first cooking, I want to drive it away just like steaming (for cleaning). I don’t understand how. Please teach me what to do with it and should I?
LarisaL
The 1010 does not have steam cleaning. For example, before the first use, I wiped the multicooker from the inside with a damp clean cloth, then dry.
To simulate steam cleaning, you can pour water up to level 2, set the Multi-cook mode, the time is 10 minutes.
My first experience was with a recipe book.
Good luck!

Congratulations! Everything is correct Larisa says you can spend 10 minutes on Multipovar, you can use less. I didn't drive it away at all, I washed it, wiped the saucepan and the first thing I did was potatoes in cream.
Good luck and joy from your purchase

Forum users, please enlighten in Kuku 1010 what temperature is set in the Heating mode by default: maximum - 77 degrees. or the one that was installed during the previous heating?

I ask for further help. I make beef stroganoff from a book. I chose "Stew", and I don't understand where the "Pressure Cooking" button is. Pressed "cook / turbo". The screen is red and a square is running. Neither the time, nor any hints she prepares or not, I do not understand anything.
Tanyulya
Heated there from 72-74 degrees

Everything is correct, since the square is running, it means that it is cooking, you have chosen an automatic program, it runs under pressure by default. The program will last 41 minutes.
ITU
The process has begun, cooking is in progress, but steam comes out of the valve very, very strongly during cooking, everything hisses, the steam is knocking down like a steam locomotive in the literal sense of the word. And laughter and sin. But seriously, why does the steam fall so much on the "stew" mode, is it really a marriage? There is no such thing on a multi-cooker (I also experienced this mode).
Tanyulya
This is not a marriage, everything is fine, different temperatures are used there, so do not be alarmed.

At Quenching, it also seems to me that the temperature is a little higher, but not much.
The amount of steam also depends on how much liquid is in the dish, the more it is, the more it steams!
Let me give you an example - I bought 10 chicken drumsticks yesterday and bought the same number of pieces of the same company a week ago!
Marina is always a day with the same composition and I always do 30 minutes on Multipovar.

So here:
- a week ago - the valve jumped out, opened - the broth of their legs flowed out a nightmare how much
- today - everything worked out quietly - the liquid leaked out much less.

Well, this is if the heating is right after the cooking program, otherwise it's 72-74 or I'm wrong
Much depends on the liquid in these saucepans.
Today I put cabbage for pies to stew on Turbo, without adding liquid, of course, so it turned off my dear after 8 minutes ... although on average it cooks for 20 minutes. Chera cooked potatoes on mashed potatoes in a large volume of liquid, and so he puffed on the same Turbo for about 40 minutes. So the saucepan is uuuum (y) thinks for itself.

You do not mean the Heating program anymore, but the Heating program - when the screen shows REHEATING opposite the selected program?
I have never used it, now I will check it, I filled it with 50 degree water, I set the heating itself to a maximum - 77 C.
It remains to measure the temperature when the end of the Warming up picks up
The instructions say that this is 9 minutes, it's strange ... what if I heat ice cold food ...

If a lot of liquid has been poured, then it behaves like that. And when the steam is released, a little more ... will behave worse. I sometimes ... well, literally a little bit in this case, I forcibly raise the valve in order, so to speak, to reduce the ejection force
Well, this is the first time you watch her ...

I measured it - from 50 C raised to 70 C - the REHEATING worked for exactly 9 minutes as written in the instructions.
In short, it does not heat before a certain temperature, it just works in a gentle mode for just 9 minutes and that's it.

And the heating will always work to maintain the temperature we have chosen.

Yes, indeed, each time the heating mode is turned on, the temperature of the previous setting is displayed.

And how to start it further, this heating? I did this: I held the heating / warm-up button for 5 seconds, the temperature was displayed on a red display, set the desired temperature, and then how? If you do not press anything, the mode is reset. I pressed the Heating / Heating, Cooking / Turbo buttons, the display went out and the heating function was reset (the current time was displayed, the triangle above showed High pressure).

What will happen if you cook the soup?

Nothing will happen. The Stew you are currently cooking with is one of the strongest along with the Turbo mode. And you will cook the broth for the soup on the Chicken Soup mode (this mode is "softer"), then cook the rest on the Multipovar.

The second for baking and meat - German WMF - you can put it in the oven along with the dish.
His head is enough, if you do not cook all sorts of syrups, and he measures faster.

I have splashes if the liquid is under 8-10
In general, under 10 liquid it is better not necessary, or even the valve may clog.
It can splash on Turbo and at both Pressures.

In general, I have my favorite Multipovar, it is kind of moderate in itself, I do almost everything on it.

Girls, thank you all who helped me with my first use of the cuckoo. For the first time, this was all puffing, hissing and splashing. I wanted to quickly cook dinner, but the truth is they say that haste is needed when catching fleas. Good technique also requires a good attitude. The next day, I once again carefully read the instructions, recommendations from the forum and that's it, the cooking process went like clockwork.
Virgo, how good she is, I was stunned straight. Puffs to himself on the sly, doing his job. I am absolutely delighted. She was frightened only when she dumped steam. And what kind of meat it turned out, and the borscht, everything is tasty, tasty, tasty.
To admit, at first I considered all this to be advertising, but now I think even if this is the case, let it be. It is not a sin to promote such a product. I repeat, the doll is super, well, just super.
Thanks a lot to the star for the info regarding the Stockmann sale.

I can immediately fall asleep and sugar and salt and nothing ... does not turn sour, but there are problems with homemade milk. Try not to add sugar, and then add sugar when ready.
