Girls, tell me please, is it possible to put, for example, a bowl in such a slow cooker to cook soup or porridge for a small child somewhere 300-400 ml? it's just that if I pour milk into the common pan of the multicooker, then you won't find porridge there ... or maybe there is some other way to cook food of a small volume.

It seems to me impossible ... everything is calculated there ...

You can, of course, just under the bowl you need to lay either a gauze or a silicone mat so as not to damage the coating of the saucepan, put a bowl (preferably fireproof glass) and pour water into the saucepan so that it does not reach the edge of the bowl and the porridge will cook like in a water bath.

Well, yes, if the bath is in a saucepan, then you can. And instead of a saucepan, you probably can't have a bowl ..

and if you use silicone molds in the multicooker saucepan itself, do you need to pour some water or can you just put it like that? in silicone molds, in principle, you can cook the same cereals and soups for a child, and the volume is just small, up to 300 ml.

I read here on the forum that many people do not recommend driving the saucepan "dry" - it's bad for covering the saucepan ... so it's better to pour water

And you have 601 on sale, if there is, then the price interests.
Thank you!

Girls, help with advice please, what is the difference between mulvar 600 and 601? according to descriptions like in 601, baking is already written on the body and the color of the body itself is different, how are they still different? saw a viscount with a ceramic saucepan, what is the best covering of the saucepan to take?
Lyalya Toy
Selfi take the 601st. Ceramics though.

Yesterday I bought 601, with a white, as it were, a ceramic saucepan - I looked after it a week ago in Zelgros - the price made me happy - 2000 rubles; and yesterday I drove in - I see, there are 8 pieces left, well, and grabbed it.
There was no disgusting smell, the biscuit was speckled - it turned out very well. I think that there will be no problems with the rest. Milk is not relevant to me.
Well, yes, the inner lid cannot be removed, the condensate regularly flows into the container - but no more than in others.

MariV
Zelgros is along Borovskoye highway; You, Ksan, is very close - from Odintsov to Vnukovsky crossing, then through Peredelkino to the ring, from the ring - along Borovsky to Rasskazovka, again to the ring and from the ring again to the left - and to Zelgross.
Well, she, the pot, is metal, and the coating is white - it is written that it is ceramic.
Well, I could not pass by such a price for a cartoon! Infected from IRRki .......
Duck and does not smell! And bakes ...
Tomorrow, in a bright way, I'll take a picture.

No, no need to rush !!! Nothing special, only the coating is still pleasing - but how is it next? And the price. They all should probably cost that much.

Hello everyone! Recently I bought "Vikusha". I read the topic in the forum and did not understand a little (maybe I did not see it) - is there a separate topic for recipes for this multicooker, or are recipes from other multicooker manufacturers suitable for it? After all, she probably has some specific features inherent only in this model, or depends on the skill of the hostess, or maybe on the products. Maybe it is worth highlighting a separate topic for recipes (or better, step-by-step photos or videos) for Vikushi. I think this will be helpful for both beginners and experienced housewives.
MariV
Yes, video - etta, kaneshna, thing! Buckwheat, rice, porridge there - and everything in the video - we beat the eggs with one hand, hold the tripod with the other, set the light with the third, press the button with the fourth - and with the text, preferably not obscene.
Which of the forum users is capable of this?

Lyalya, how much is a ceramic-coated bowl for Vikosha?
Lyalya Toy
Olya, i don't know, i think that Valery will be able to answer this question. The fact is that my friend took my cup, and when I came to her with the money, she categorically did not take money from me. Made me a gift for NG.

I'm a new person on the forum, maybe I missed something, but where can I buy a separate bowl on Viconte VC-600

Probably, you should write to them on the site. I wrote today, there is no answer yet - the country is walking!

Good day to all owners of the Vikkonte Multicooker. Take the new user of the 600th Vicosha into your ranks. We tried to stew frozen lecho vegetables and paprikash with meatballs and rice in it. Today we have played pilaf with chicken. The rice was from Ashan (Don Gusto long grain). Everything turned out ok! Loose rice - rice to rice. Delight! In the process of using MV, they came to the conclusion that one regular bowl is not enough for life. We need one more.
sssr7707
Valera's? And how much did it go wrong?
Sorry, I didn't read it carefully. The question is cleared.
sssr7707
Good day everyone! I hasten to share the recipe for Shurpa Soup with lamb.
You'll need:
1. Lamb - 800-1000 gr. (better pulp and one piece with a bone, ideally ribs and pulp)
2. Onion - 1 large head or 2 small
3. Carrots - 1 large or 2 small
4.Bulgarian pepper - 1 large or 2 small multi-colored (domestic production)
5. Hot pepper - 0.5 pod or whole (depending on the hotness and taste)
6. Tomatoes - 1 large or 2 small.
7. A sprig of tarragon and basil
8. Potatoes - 2 large potatoes or 4 small
9. Garlic - 1 head or 1 teaspoon dried
10. Pepper peas - 6-7 pcs.
11. Allspice - 4 pcs.
12. Tomato paste - on average 1 tablespoon (to taste.)
13. Salt, pepper (to taste).
14. Fresh parsley

So, put the MV on the "Steam cooking" mode, NO OIL !, put the lamb on the bottom, take out the valve, close the lid and do not approach the MV for 20 minutes. The lamb will turn brown and give fat. While the lamb is melting, cut the onion into cubes, the carrot into large, not long strips. When the MV beeps, set the steaming mode again for 50 minutes, open the lid, throw in the onion, after 5-7 minutes the carrots, mix everything, after another 5-7 minutes, diced Bulgarian pepper and finely chopped hot pepper, then chopped diced tomatoes, a sprig of tarragon and basil, salt. Vegetables will give juice from salt. While the vegetables are giving juice, cut the potatoes into large cubes of about 2.5x2.5 cm (if the potatoes are very small, then you can whole). We put potatoes, peppercorns and allspice, garlic, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, add some water to the top mark of the bowl and set on the "SUP" mode for 1 hour. Do not open the lid and do not interfere, otherwise the potatoes will turn into mashed potatoes. After 1 hour, pour the soup into hot plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!

Tip: After eating lamb (in any form), you must definitely drink hot tea to avoid heaviness in the stomach.

And yet, one of the members of the forum was interested in whether it was possible to wash the bowl in the dishwasher. Yes, you can. I only mine there, and in the upper basket. Does not peel off, does not leave streaks, does not scratch, the outer side of the bowl has not poured color. I use pills for PMM.
Good luck to all!

If you bought on January 17, and today - 19 - how many times did you wash the bowl in the dishwasher?

I bought MB at the end of December, registered on January 17, 10 times I have already washed at PMM, what's the catch?
MariV
Nothing. I am afraid to wash Chinese pots with Teflon from MB and HP in the dishwasher.
sssr7707
The bowl from the bread machine is not mine in the PMM, the instructions were written in large letters - DO NOT WASH IN PMM !, and the bowl from the multicooker was boldly mine, my acquaintances bought Vikusha back in the spring, all this time they calmly wash it in PMM and will not get enough of it.

Good afternoon everyone, take it into your ranks, I became the owner of this miracle of technology, today I cooked pilaf, but he didn’t get something, it turned out to be a swimmer ((((the husband will be unhappy
sssr7707
Well, try next time to thoroughly rinse the rice (several times in cold water) and, the next time when you cook pilaf, meat, onions and carrots, put it plump on the bottom, and put the rice in the bowl last on top and do not interfere, just distribute it evenly on the surface, and then pour some water, after 35-40 minutes look under the lid and evaluate ...

Please tell me how is steaming going? here in a double boiler, it is clear that the water was poured and it is normal, but here, the water is not poured ???
and does the baking mode work or not ???

I did so
but how to look under the lid, you need to press the start or just open it, I'm just completely zero in this technique, I need to tell everything to the points
sssr7707
Well, if there is no water, there will be no steam. Water is naturally poured into the bottom of the saucepan, it is written about this in the instructions. Soup / Baking / Jam mode = the same, that is, pour the dough to the bottom and set the Soup / Baking / Jam mode. If you bake, you need to remove the valve so that it is not cooked, but baked and there is no excess moisture.
Just open the lid, although the manufacturer does not recommend it, while you are just getting used to the technique, you are forgiven

Thank you very much for the answer, there are still a lot of questions, but I'm afraid to ask them so that I don't show myself as stupid
sssr7707
Come on, come on, everyone's been through this. In fact, a multicooker is a versatile electric pan-pan-baking dish.
Natalia, sitting
I did not understand about the water where to pour it if I pour the dough for the casserole into the saucepan ???
sssr7707
If you are going to steam, then pour water into a saucepan at the bottom, then set the steaming grate (white one with large round holes), put in this mold what needs to be steamed (cutlets, chicken, manti, etc.). )
If you are going to bake a casserole, then pour the dough on the bottom of the saucepan, remove the valve from the lid and put it on the Baking mode. Dig into the forum in baking recipes for a multicooker, but on average, 1 hour is enough for a cottage cheese casserole.
Either this or that, otherwise it will not work.
Natalia, sitting
Thanks for the answer, tell me, is there time for all modes automatically? and if you need less?
sssr7707
Automatic programs - buckwheat, pilaf. It is impossible to increase the cooking time - the saucepan understands itself and turns off when all the liquid from buckwheat or pilaf evaporates.
Steam cooking from 20 minutes and more - adjust the cooking time button for yourself
Warming up - from 20 minutes and more - the same
Quenching - from 2 hours and more - the same
Porridge / Soup / Baking / Jam - from 1 hour and more.
You can increase the cooking time, you cannot reduce it, but you can look under the lid in time, assess what is happening and press the off button in time.
Natalia, sitting
aa understandable, just today, according to the pilaf recipe, I had to fry the onions and carrots for 20 minutes on the baking mode and then the meat as well and only then throw the rice, I suffered over time, tried to put out nothing myself, I didn’t get the result, I abandoned everything and it turned out to be a swimmer ((((((((
sssr7707
I pre-fry meat for pilaf, spices, onions and carrots on the Steam cooking mode - 20 min. quite enough, I firmly press the contents to the bottom of the saucepan, then the washed rice, 2.5 cups of hot water from the teapot, close the lid, set the Pilaf mode, usually turn it off after 30-35 minutes and let it stand for another 10-15 minutes, then stir. The pilaf turns out to be excellent - rice to rice.
Natalia, sitting
I will have to try, only I can’t copy the recipe, and judging by your measurements, I poured water (((
