I saw this recipe and nostalgia surged. We also lived in Vladimir during the Soviet years. And my mother found out there the recipe for this salad (albeit without eggs), and it was the name Klyazma that I remembered so much, it's like in honor of the river that flows there. As in the 90s we moved from there, so they did not prepare it anymore. You should definitely remind yourself of the taste of childhood. Thank you very much for the kind memories and recipe!
