Tops and roots salad

Ingredients

daikon 100-150 g
red cabbage 100-150 g
carrot 100-150 g
stalked celery 50-75 g
leaf celery 2-3 twigs
for refueling:
natural yogurt (thick) 100-150 g
mustard is not spicy 2-3 h l
light honey 1-2 h l
lemon quarter juice
salt pepper taste
black sesame seeds, pistachios for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • 1. Finely chop the cabbage, chop the carrots, daikon and stalked celery into thin strips, coarsely chop the celery leaves. Place the vegetables on a serving platter.
  • 2. Mix honey with lemon juice, mustard and spices and whisk until smooth. Combine with yogurt (sour cream can be used if desired).
  • 3. Drizzle over the salad with the resulting dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pistachios slightly dried in a dry frying pan. Serve immediately.
