Mixed salad with mango

Ingredients

Arugula salad, mix
Mango fresh
Fresh apple
Fresh tomatoes (cherry)
Red onion - pickle
Fresh garlic for smell 1 \ 2 teeth
Refueling:
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Olive oil (vegetable) 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Lemon (lime) juice 1 \ 2 pcs.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Putting the salad in the salad bowl
  • Cut the tomatoes in half.
  • Mango, apples, cut into cubes.
  • Cut the red onion into half rings (it is advisable to pre-pickle in aromatic vinegar)
  • Finely chop the garlic and add very little, just for a slight smell.
  • For dressing, we combine all the necessary products to taste, beat with a mixer.

  • Pour the salad with the dressing and let it brew for 5-7 minutes, then stir and serve.

I love mango in any form.
I cooked various cereals with him in a slow cooker, including milk ones.
I like to fry mangoes (like apples) as a garnish for meat and chicken.
I like pickled mango as an addition to salad.
But most often I eat mangoes raw, or add them to salads.

P.S. This year I on purpose canned red onion in jars in marinade.
For taste, I added fresh plums, black grapes.
It turned out great - useful with pleasant!
Red onions for salads are pickled and not at all bitter.
Pickled plums and grapes - also useful as an addition to salads and meat.
And the marinade from the jar itself is saturated with the taste of fruits and onions, of a beautiful dark color, perfect for marinating meat, for which I dilute it with a little boiled water or dry wine.
